Fidelia Code of Conduct
Recognizing that NationStates is a game and meant to be enjoyed by all participants, and that some children may participate, there shall be no posting of obscene material, including, but not limited to: a. Profanity: Use your own judgment as to how acceptable words are--we'll allow light cursing, but if it becomes excessive or severe, consequences may be administered. b. Pornography, nudity, or other sexual material. c. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or racist material d. Libel e. Illicit drugs f. Gambling, except that which is permitted by the Ministry of Commerce, so long as financial transactions are not processed in RL g. Terrorism h Hacking materials of any kind i. Viruses or harmful computer software While we recognize and support the right to free speech, these rules are necessary to the safety and security of all our members. Should the Judiciary find anyone guilty of infringing these rules, punishment can include a warning, suspension, or permanent banning, based on the Judiciary's perception of the severity of the infringement and the character of the poster (i.e., repeat offenses).
