It is out of protest for these recent stat changes. I may log back in some day, for sure if they reverse these changes, if not, I might in the distant future when I feel like getting beat up by cash whores with enough stats to 1 hit KO me. If anyone wants my account, 200 bucks and its yours. The clan is not being shut down because of this.
