I think the 80 gigabyte model lacks the Emotion Engine, but still supports a decent amount of PS2 games through software emulation. The new 40 GB model has no backward compatibility at all. |

The Wii will play any GameCube games you throw at it. The Game Boy Player will not work, however, and I have no idea if you can play Phantasy Star Online online. |

yeah it does, i only play the original on N64 emulator lol, tho im wicked awesome, 3 on 1 against me with lvl 9 difficulty and I can win
