Not yet I don't think, considering our main members aren't over level 30 yet. Like level 15 you mean? level 20? what kind of number are you thinking of? I haven't done any recruiting in ages, nor do I intent too unless we become short of members. Otherwise sitting at 46 is just fine, it keeps our tree completely full. Bug even said 2 days ago that is downlink was actually on for the first time ever.

Give them a month or 2 to reach that level, or kick. Honestly, you can almost reach that level from stages alone, so people shouldn't have problems.
