I suck sooooo bad at it lol But I'm no FPS fan, so don't rely on my word. The beta testers were given 10million gold to buy each weapon to try them all out. I didn't buy anything and started playing, I got snipered about 40 times in 1 match And it seems like you have to wait for your room to be full before you can launch a game.
