my frist attempt at gimp failed cause i couldnt install it, then when trying in linux I couldnt even get it to do the simplest of tasks lol. I didn't make this in paint, i used fireworks and techincally she isn't anime, cause she was a 3D modeled render, same artist as the one that made the render in savi's sig, this is a more recent work of his, its my bluring and overbright effects that make her look like anime |
