A bit of typical forum fun. Whack on a picture of your desk, and label it or say something interesting about where you work/game/slack off.

This is my room while at home; a 2x2 newly insulated loft conversion. Mix that in with my PC being pretty much constantly on, and it's a good combination for an oven. The radiator's never on in Winter, the fan is over-used but loud in Summer. 'least no-one else needs to ever come in here. ^^

This here's my desk at the University, the one at home's buried under a mountain of books, cats and paperwork, and I'm too busy to sort it out at the minute.

I feel rather left out as I have no real 'desk' to speak of. I have only my laptop and if I take a pic of it all there is to see is a laptop, tea tray and me lazing in front of it.

Please excuse the shitty quality of the following two shots. It's a Microsoft LifeCam; this is as good as it gets for that company. :P

Yes, this is my ergonomically KILLING computer desk. It's a bad set-up, but, considering I only have 550 square feet of space... And yes, my keyboard is REALLY sitting inside my desk drawer. I have not closed that drawer for over three years... My tower is actually on the carpet beside the desk. I just couldn't get it into the shot is all...

Thought I'd include this shot in. My "backup DVD player" is for region 2 disks, or when my computer decides to really misbehave... The beanbag chair is made out of old jeans, believe it or not. It's really comfy, especially for long video gaming jags...

I'm wondering if you can tell that a girl lives here...

Why do I see Pix's desk and imagine him saying "Everything has its place. Everything has its place." over and over again to himself whilst he puts everything in just the right place?

You can have a shot of my desk when it's tidier.

You know I never pictured Pix as having OCD, but now that you mention it it wouldn't surprise me.

I'll post a pic of my desk tomorrow when I can steal my sister's camera as mine has decided to stop working.

Off screen to the left is my HDTV off screen to the right is the rest of my DVD collection. Computer, printer/scanner, and router/modem hidden by chair.

I'm not known for my cleanliness.

Not really. My definition of tidy is that I know where everything is: in that photo I'd just cleaned my desk up a bit. A lack of shelves and free cupboard space means my desk just gets messier and messier, until it gets to be a pain for finding things underneath other things.

If I have OCD for anything, it certainly isn't tidying. It's efficiency.

What, because he has an M&S suitbag?

I guess you wouldn't have seen one of those. Those who are lucky enough to get to wear suits in Norwich have to have them custom-made to fit their mis-shapen bodies.

I don't think my combined manga, anime, tv boxset and dvd boxsets would fill half her collection.

Have enough manga LG?

No, and it will NEVER BE ENOUGH!! [insert maniacal laughter here]

Besides, I like to collect series that have more than 10 books apparently... -_-;

I am currently collecting:

The Wallflower (have up to Vol 18)
Bastard!! (have up to vol 18)
Black Cat (in French; have up to vol 3)
Ludwig Revolution (in French; have up to vol 2)
YuGiOh (in French; have up to vol 17)
The Kindaichi Case Files (have up to vol 16)
Return to Labyrinth (have up to vol 2)

And in the completed category:

Eternal Sabbath (8 vol)
Chobits (8 vol)
Forbidden Dance (4 vol)
The works of Erica Sakurazawa (5 vol)
Kajika (1 vol)
The One That I Love (1 vol)
The Snow Queen (1 vol)
Wish (4 vol)
Miyuki-chan in Wonderland (1 vol)
The Nightmare Before Christmas (1 vol)
Mars (16 vol)
Basara (in French; 27 vol)
Fake (7 vol)
Saint Tail (7 vol)
Most of Megumi Tachikawa's work (8 vol)
A small assortment of shonen-ai (19 vol total)
Man of Many Faces (2 vol)
CLAMP School Detectives (3 vol)
CLAMP School Defenders (2 vol)
Outlanders (8 vol)

Like my music and DVDs, I have an incredibly eclectic taste, as you can tell...

I have about the same amount of manga as I do DVDs. Only, my DVDs aren't stacked two high and two deep...

I don't think you'll want me to go through and post my DVD collection, do you? ...please say no...
