Had a big party, a maximum of three presents, but I could care less as they were expensive as hell. I got a $130 MP3 player and my parent's $3,500 to buy me a new (used)car as my old one had been totaled. I also got a new DVD/CD player.

Well happy birthday! Hope this makes up for the snakebite! I turned 19 about a month ago. Can't say its been particularly amazing, but I don't have a car or MP3 player to mess around with.

Makes you wonder how you totalled your old car...

I wasn't at fault for my last car's demise, because the person that was cut me off while I was going about 50mph. So it wasn't my fault. I must admit that I was lucky that the witness was the person behind me and that she was also an off-duty deputy. I was a bit too shocked to think straight. Oh and get this, the other driver, the one at fault, wasn't insured. She said that she couldn't afford it despite the fact that she was driving a bright gold 2005 Impala.
