Seen worse.

Sonic characters don't usually have necks.
You should make rough outlines using circles for your hands where you try and make the circles roughly same size. His right hand is way too small compared to his left.
Ears should be a sharper triangles and much smaller.
And above all print off a comic and use for reference when you're drawing.

Okay, new more detailed criticism since my post advising practise wasn't taken in the lightly joking manner I meant it to be.

Expand the circles thing to the whole figure but they're not circles they're spheres generally, it's best to construct a figure from simple line work and 3D shapes before putting in details, yes it's more erasing initially but it'll even out eventually since after a while you won't need the construction lines any more. On average I'd say most Sonicesque characters are about 3-4 heads high. You have the proportions on the arms right though aside from the slightly mismatched hands as has been mentioned. Generally hands fully spread are the same size as a face, ie with the heel of the hand on a chin the fingers should stretch to cover most of a face.

You might want to try a 3/4 view next time you draw, many people go for straight on or side views the first time they draw and many find the symmetry difficult to master so often trying 3/4 view helps gain confidence before you tackle straight on.

I think you've drawn his body slightly to long and his legs too short to over compensate.

One thing you might want to do is every day for say a few minutes, just sketch the characters lightly, the idea is that you sketch without the pressure of trying to produce a fully finished piece, if it goes wrong then just note where it went wrong and sketch another one. This is a common animator exercise to learn new characters.

Anyway, ask if you want me to clarify anything I've written here, if you want I'll provide visual sketches of what I mean.

Lothar, I'm not going to argue with you, this isn't the place or time for such things. Not to mention I prefer not to hijack other people's threads. You believe what you want to, we have a differing opinion and I won't use the emotes again since you believe my use of them to be inappropriate and I prefer to let it go at that so why can't you? Now why don't we just let this thread be? Since this has nothing to do with the actual image anyway.

S'okay, I am.

That doesn't look like mocking to me. Looks like sound advice, if in a joking manner. Is it so hard to believe it might actually be as such?

How about you just do what the admin says alright? Offering advice is fine, but what you did not only seems mocking, but was also rather spammish. Posts about nothing in general don't go anywhere on this forum, it's why we don't have a spam bin.

So if you're going to reply, at least make it something decent.
