This announcement is pretty straightforward, so I'm going to hop right to it. Promotion First off, we have a promotion! Please congratulate Ephie on joining our staff team as our newest moderator! She will be prowling the IC forums, answering member questions and directing them to the best resources, and helping out with the forum's plots and events. Ephie brings a lot of enthusiasm and knowledge to our staff team, and we think she'll be a great fit. You will see her information appear in the announcement box on the index page shortly; she will be using Aniketos' account as her mod account. Congrats Ephie! Activity Check It's that time of year again! But before the groans start and the panicked "How do I complete this!?" crop up, Lilly and I have decided to streamline this process and make it super easy! How, the older members may ask, is this possible? Why let me tell you! For this AC, we will not require you to make xx number of IC posts. While this is a great way to get people posting and seeking out new threads, it's also a hassle, and it becomes confusing very, very quickly. So, instead, we have decided that we will now make activity checks 3 times per year, once every four months where you will declare characters you want to keep and characters you would like archived/deleted. Seriously, that's it. And we have a handy form to fill out, too! Code: `[b]Player Alias[/b]: [b]Characters to KEEP[/b]: [b]Characters to ARCHIVE[/b]: [b]Characters to DELETE[/b]:` This form should be filled out and posted in this topic. So, if I were to fill this out, it would look something like this: Quote: Player Alias: Shadow Characters to KEEP: MidnightShadow, Orion de Lacey, Sinadryn Arsydian, Nausicaa Characters to ARCHIVE: N/A (though if I still had Tsuki, I would put him here) Characters to DELETE: N/A If the character name does not match the username, please give us the username. If you are planning to keep characters that aren't active or haven't been active for several weeks prior to the activity check, the staff and I will take a look at them once the AC is over to see if that activity has changed or will be changing. If it has not, we will be asking players to reassess whether or not they want to keep those characters. Although NPCs are unaffected by the lack of posts/activity, please declare them as part of your characters to keep/archive/delete so that we know what to do with them. The activity check will run from today, May 21, 2012 until June 10, 2012. Players that do not post here by the end date will have their accounts deleted if it has less than 10 posts or archived if it has more than 10 posts. Feel free to PM any staffer if you have questions!
