Reine. How she missed the ocean and the salty breeze that was so pungent in this port. The corners of her lips turned up as she strolled along the sandy white shore. By this time, she had discarded her sandals and was shrugging her way out of the raggity gray wrap she wore, to relieve the heat from the noon sun. The bustle of port life was well down the beach yet, the wharf and all it's ported ships far enough that a women frolicking with the waves wouldn't be disturbed. And that's exactly what Kara planned to do. Dropping both shoes and wrap in the sand, she started out towards the rolling waves with a skip in her step that did not mask her excitement. Kara had walked a fair distance from the shore line, the water waist high - waist high for those submerged anyway. As it were, she appeared to be walking quiet contentedly upon the glassy blue-green surface of the water. A minor manipulation of air, a light levitation as it were, that flowed from her magic pool with little thought; as if this were a habit of life as common place as breathing... and indeed in one life time, it had been. The wind was a light current, turning a few waves with white caps as they rolled over her feet dampening the hem of her long white skirt, and broke casually against the beach. She inhaled a deep breath, stretching her arms towards the bright blue sky before dropping them to the handles of her sai, pulling them from the small of her back. A mischievous gleam lit up her azure orbs as she began to move gracefully across the surface, light reflecting off both the twirling sai and her waist length silver-white hair as it rippled out behind her. In a time before even her last life, was a life that was rooted deep. It was her first life, and one does not forget where they come from, even when they wish to. Kara however missed that life, and the simplicity simplicity of it... at least compared to now. Once part of a Celtic tribe, she now danced, in an almost sensual fashion, in one of the most common dances of her people. A dance that warriors oft had performed, not only for show but to utilize being swift of foot. A carefree sensation had begun to encompass her, and she only stopped after she felt a need to catch her breath. She laughed gaily to herself as she returned her sai to their home, placing her hands on each side of her lightly bronzed torso as she turned to look down at the wharf. Perhaps she might go have some fun.... she thought slyly to herself. |

The water ripples softly as the young lady dances over it, but underneath, not all is so calm. Jabari, in his dragonized form, swims under the water, looking for some sort of aquatic creature to eat. And is not having good luck. He sees nothing big enough to bother eating down here. The creature lazily swims around under the ocean, hoping to see a big juicy fish or something. And sees no fish, but does see.... something else interesting. It LOOKS like a person walking on the water. Curious, he swims closer to the surface to get a closer look. Surely enough, it is a person walking- no, dancing on the water. An interesting dance, it reminds him for a moment of the ritual dances his own tribe went through at one time. Much different, but, the FEEL seems the same. Not that he can really remember them anymore. Suddenly, something catches Jabari's eye off to the side just a bit: A big marlin swimming along, completely ignorant to Jabari's presence. As the fish begins to jump out of the water for a moment, Jabari rockets over and takes a flying leap out of the water himself, a mere twenty feet away from the girl on the water, but for the moment, she isn't important anymore... Jabari's large dragonized body sails through the air, the sapphires all over his body glinting in the sun as he.... misses. His several hundred pounds of weight creates an enormous splash as it connects with the ocean again, and seconds later he floats to the surface, his head, stone-encrusted shoulders, and part of the stream-like sapphire wings visible above the surface. He floats there, a tiny distance away, watching angrily and muttering profanities as the fish swims off to rejoin its school. |

It wasn't that she were unaware of the creatures beneath the surface, it had more been that she simply found no threat by them. And in her current carefree mood, wasn't paying them mind. She hadn't quite noticed either, how far she had danced out atop deeper waters. In the end it mattered to her naught. Perhaps an ex-goddess of the wind to the people of Elenlond, but not to the wind itself. The wind was still hers to manipulate as she pleased, and with this she found very little to fear-beyond her selves. So when she noticed the large dark shape maneuvering beneath the waters surface, leisurely swimming closer in both distance and depth, she merely watched it curiously; tilting her head to the side slightly, she wondered on what the dense shadow could be. Her head snapped promptly up as she followed the shape as it burst forward and then broke forth from the glassy sea. Two things caught her attention in the split second that was given, before real time caught up with her mind. The first was the large majestic form of the Marlin, bending into a half moon as it begins to prepare for it's decent. The second, a massive sapphire blur as it leaps out after it. Time caught up and both plummeted back into the waters confinement, sending the most obnoxious sheet of water hurtling over her. She blinked a few times to clear the water from her visage. Her lips were parted in a slight "o" from the shock as she attempted to gather what had just happened. She held her arms out slightly as she looked at herself. Drenched. Only parts of her hair clung together, most of the water seemed to gravitate to her clothes- how fortunate for the woman wearing white. The light fabric clung to her curvy form, and even though her torso was bare and much skin was already revealed, the dampened cloth accentuated that fact greatly from the cold water. Still in a slight daze but slightly growing more perturbed, she turned her attention to the being that had floated to the surface, and glowered at it as it cursed at it's lost prey. Fuming, she sent a small air pocket towards the water that sent an insignificant splash across his back. Having his back to her, he would most likely assume she had kicked it at him. "Have you no manners?!" She asked incredulously, tossing lightly damp hair behind her shoulder with a drawn out flick of her wrist. It was an irritated habit she was common of expressing, yet there was more grace in the action then one would believe to be in an irate tick, and so most never noticed it as such. She eyed the creature sternly, turning her face to the side gently as she did so. It was apparent some form of response was expected. Edited by Kara Arianrhod, Jun 28 2010, 02:11 AM.

The creature's attention is grabbed by a voice coming from behind him. He turns around in the water, much more smoothly than one would expect from such a large beast. Of course, looking at this particular beast, one wouldn't even expect it to be able to swim. Looking at her, Jabari realizes he much have splashed her quite well by accident, and is a bit thankful for it: The fabric is clinging to her every curve tightly, and even has become transparent in several places. The creature's eyes roam over her body somewhat obviously and appreciatively before snapping back up to her own as he answers her question. "Well, since polite society had no hand in raising me, the answer is, no, I don't. Would you like to teach me some?" He momentarily considers splashing her again, even worse, just for kicks, but decides against it. He dives under the waves anyway, popping up right next to her just seconds later. From much closer it is clear that his face is almost entirely humanoid and the elven ears are much more obvious. As he looks up at her, his dreadlocks float in the salty water behind him. "What are you doing out here getting splashed anyway? People are supposed to get in water, not on it." He smirks at his own remark and locks eyes with the person standing on the water, now within touching distance, awaiting her response. |

Kara raised a brow curiously as she watched him take in her form, but wasn't registering what exactly he was starring at. When it hit her, a blush crept up to her sun kissed cheeks. Within an instant, the small air manipulation around her feet ceased, and her form slipped swiftly into the water. She caught herself before her head could slip beneath the surface, and her long silvery tendrils splayed out around her, floating on the surface as the length from just above her shoulders to her roots remained mostly dry. The water was cool, but not overly so once majority of her flesh was submerged. "Does that suit you better?" She asked with a flippant air, as if she hadn't noticed his gaze. Her azure orbs took in his form, which was of likeness to nothing she had previously seen. The silver circlet about her head reflected the sun as she casually pushed herself away from him, replacing the small distance between them with a slightly larger one. She still was unconcerned with her safety, but in the event she should need to defend herself, it was always nice to have a bit of a gap. She couldn't entirely rule out the chance of an attempt at rape, and as it were she wasn't entirely fond of the idea of being poked by something that had so many sharp objects coming off its body, not to mention it didn't appear to be human. "You wouldn't enjoy my lessons." She stated causally, though the hint of a threat seemed to be laced with them. Running her fingers through the water in front of her with her right hand, she half shrugged at his question. "Nothing really. I was enjoying myself until.... whatever you are..... decided to be completely insufficient at catching a meal..... What are you doing out here other than that?" She asked, the smart ass comment drenched in a honey sweet voice. |

A bit of a smirk crosses Jabari's face as she begins blushing furiously, quickly followed by a slight look of disappointment as she allows most of her body to become submerged. He quickly drops this look, however, when the woman speaks again, but does not respond to her question about whether or not this suits him. Shortly after he approaches, she backs away a bit. A small part of him enjoys making people uncomfortable, but he decides not to make it any worse right now. After all, this shape of his isn't just unnerving, but genuinely frightening to most people. And while this woman seems a lot tougher than most people, the half-elf isn't a complete jerk. However, this does not stop him from speaking flirtatiously still. "Are you sure? What are the... lessons like? I'm sure I can take it... Even when I'm not like this." It is now Jabari's turn to blush as she points out his terrible failure at catching the marlin before. "Just so you know, I don't usually miss, I'm actually pretty good at it. Good thing too, not like I get to buy food much or anything." He regrets saying this as soon as he does, it sounds like he's trying to get pity... which he isn't. "That's all I was doing out here. Trying to catch lunch... and dinner... and tomorrow's lunch and dinner... failed miserably, as you saw..." The creature floats in front of her this entire time, not making an effort to tread water or anything as it speaks, simply appearing to just float there, as if it is naturally buoyant. The smug look on his face belies how tired he actually is becoming, having been exerting himself for the entire day in this shape. Edited by Yangin, Jul 5 2010, 03:18 PM.

She stopped her idle meddling, and looked at him for a moment. She briefly toyed with the idea of using her abilities to send him hurtling towards the beach, but decided against it, for the moment. The breeze shifted lightly, suddenly taking it's course from the east, though the shift is so feint, it's practically unnoticeable. Her lips turn up in a smile suddenly, and her azure orbs take on a sudden gleam as she closes the distance she had just created. "Oh? So you have another identity?" She asked, starting to swim around him slowly. She completes a circle, and then turns and begins to pull herself gracefully around him the other way. A small chuckle that sounds like chimes, peels from her mouth as she passes by his face again. "Sure, sure." She coons in response to his uncharacteristic plunder. "And why don't you try a tavern or some such accommodations?" She asks in a playful voice, as she finally stops in front of him again. She didn't wait for a response as her hand casually reached up suddenly, and traced a slender finger down one of his protruding sapphires. "Hmm, you'd like to know... Though I'm quite certain... you wouldn't be able to keep up." She purred lightly, before stretching her form out to his right, and swimming slowly, in almost a sensual like fashion, back towards the beach. |

Jabari simply watches as she closes in, it being his turn to feel a bit uncomfortable. This girl seems to change her levels of confidence very fast... Going from timidly backing away to crowding this giant in a matter of seconds. His face does not betray any of this though as he answers her. "Of course. This isn't my normal form, I certainly don't walk around like this all the time. That would be very bad, come to think of it..." It certainly would be, in fact, it could kill him. He can idle in this form for very long times, and travel a long way, but the more he exerts himself, the more effect it has on his constitution. As far as today goes, it has just made him incredibly tired. Nothing some food and a nap can't fix. "As for a tavern, like I said, I don't exactly have a lot of money to spare. But as for my other identity, maybe if we head back to shore, I'll let you see it." The truth is, he would be very glad to get back to shore and get back into his normal shape. But he isn't going to tell her that. The words were barely out of his mouth when it came: Her hand brushes across his shoulder, or moreso, across the sapphires covering his shoulder. While he doesn't really feel it truly, he of course knows, and knows what it should feel like. A tiny shiver of excitement runs through him as she caresses the stone for just a second. As she stretches out, her figure coming more visible again as she slowly, and rather seductively makes her way back to the beach, the creature waits a bit before giving a gentle paddle, closing the distance between them easily. "I'm pretty sure I can keep up... question is... Can you?" As the shoreline draws closer and feet are now able to reach the sandy floor, he stops swimming and instead walks slowly onto the beach. Now that he is standing and no longer fully submerged, his form is more clearly visible: A large number of thick dreadlocks cascade over his back and down to his waist, falling amongst the many sapphire streams coming off his back and interweaving in a beautiful and intricate pattern, many more than were visible in the water. It is now incredibly obvious why he creates such a large splash, if nothing else. The lady only gets a minute to feast her eyes on this form, however: As the water level gets halfway down his shins, his body emits a blinding flash of turquoise-hued light, which quickly clears to reveal the normal half-elf shape of Jabari walking out of the water. The most apparent change, other than the lack of gemstone covering his body, is the change in size: His height is the same, but his bulk has decreased greatly. His form, while rather slender, still has a very toned musculature. His hair is also smaller now, the dreadlocks thinner and only falling to mid-back. The hair shrinking back has put his elven ears on display as well. He is fully clothed, and the clothing is inexplicably dry, except for the parts which were in the water when he reverted to his normal shape. He casts his eyes upon the woman as she reaches the shore alongside him. "So, this is me." |

She barely glanced at him as she pulled her form gracefully through the blue-green water. Watching him swim ahead, she made no move to keep up, but continued her steady course. At the flash of turquoise light, her brow raises slightly in curiosity. As her azure orbs take in his second form, a smile twists up the corner of her mouth as her small feet touch the sandy bottom. Gracefully strolling out of the water, there is no blush or embarrassment this time as her wet garb clings snugly to her curvaceous form. Indeed, some parts are almost completely translucent as she walks towards Jabari. Her torso glistens as beads of water roll down it's well toned stomach, as her hips gently sway back and forth in a steady rhythm. In this moment, she is nothing but a seductress by looks alone. "hmmm.." Azure optics roam the length of his form as she stops a short distance away, the smirk still playing on her lips. A few silver white tendrils stir from the breeze as she places one hand on her hip idly. "So.. this is you." She says stepping closer to him. Just as before, a slender finger reaches up and traces down the length of his right ear, before her delicate soft hand takes up one of his long dread locks and runs her hand gently down it. Her eyes take up a mischievous gleam as she looks him straight in the eyes. She brings her lips close to his ear and whispers softly, "I like this form better.... but even this, elf, I know could not keep up." She pulled away from him slowly, letting the dread lock fall back into the rest. A small gust begins to encompass her form as she slides past him to continue on to the dry sand. The air circumnavigates her form and her tendrils splay out wildly for a moment, before falling silently back into place; she now too, is completely dry. Her exposed form gone, almost as quickly as it had come, a dirty tease. She half turns back to Jabari, gazing over her shoulder "Are you coming back to the beach anytime soon? Or do you intend to stand out there all day?" |

Jabari's eyes grow wide as the gorgeous blond steps out of the water, taking in her figure, slender but with curves in all the right places, the sparse white fabric, soaking wet, clinging to her body, putting her full, magnificent chest on display clearly. His eyes are drawn to her swaying hips as she approaches, the shock fading and a confident smirk returning to his face. A pleasant tingle runs through his ear as her fingers glide over it making a slight scoff as she says she likes this shape, but still doesn't believe he could keep up, as if to say 'I know you do, and I know I can.' He is a more than just a little disappointed when she summons a gust of wind to dry her out. He watches her hair splay out wildly, as does his own when the sudden breeze passes, before it falls back to her sides, her clothing and skin now dry, and her garments no longer transparent. What a tease. She seems to be enjoying the teasing, but she is no match for him. No one can play a player. Following her inquiry, he follows her up to the beach, pausing next to her, placing a hand by her ribs and caressing down to her hips. "I'll come back to the beach... Maybe you'll get to find out just how well I can... keep up." His strong, dark hand swings around behind her and smacks her on the ass as he matches his pace with hers. |

The sheen of her silvery-white tendrils flashed in the sun, and the warm golden rays almost gave her hair different pigments of color. A coy smile drew up her lips as she suddenly felt his hand connect with the flesh of her torso and trail down it. Her pace lulled to an almost stop, enjoying the excitement the interaction had peeked in her. She was just about to turn around when the hand withdrew itself and then suddenly there was a sharp pain shooting up from her thick round ass, as his hand connected with it instead. Her nostrils flared out slightly and her eyes tightened, but she did not break pace. Instead she continued to saunter forward and then just as they were about to reach the dry sand, a sudden forceful ball of wind came swooping around from the right side of her body, colliding with his gut and launching him back at least ten feet, like he had just gotten hit by a right hook-sucker punch. And in a way, he certainly had. She continued onto the dry sand, just in time to turn back and watch the splash of water his body made as it met the water. He was now sitting wast deep, with fleeting pain to his gut most likely. She had sent the air sphere with a minor spin to it, a sharp quick smack, much like his hand had delivered to her. She placed a hand on her hip and flicked her wrist once more in that languid, irritated fashion, sending her hair in a white water fall over her shoulder so that the majority of it fell down the front of her right side. Her head turned up in an almost demeaning manor towards him, "I don't like my ass smacked." When her eyes turned back towards him, the tight line of her lips suddenly curved slightly at the edges, bringing the coy seductress from moments before back. Why, she could very much enjoy this.... a new game? He would have to first keep up in understanding what she liked, before he could ever try to keep up with her in any other manner... any folly, would result into more intangible assaults.... for who could really touch the wind? No one but her. And he had no idea, who she was... much more, used to be. She stuck out her chest just a little bit as she turned, and grasped her raggity cloak and sandles in one hand. "Hurry along, pet...." She said as she turned and started making her way down the beach. |

The feel of his hand slowly grazing over her skin... So soft and smooth... And the feel of his hand connecting with her ass- and what an ass. So full and round, well muscled, but with plenty of... padding... And the feel of... Something slamming him in the gut. Ow. The elf grunts in pain as something completely unseen knocks him back a way, maybe about ten feet, and he lands on his ass, and back, in the water. "Argh... What the..." Jabari's mutterings are cut off by the woman saying she doesn't like her ass smacked... No shit. By this point it's painfully obvious this isn't an ordinary person he's getting involved with... What, or who she is, he doesn't know, but she's clearly powerful. And dangerous. Maybe he shouldn't keep hanging around her... But she makes no effort to leave him there at all. Instead she turns her head to face him, a coy smile cropped up on her face as she does so... "I'll keep that in mind... No more ass smacking. Or you do... whatever it is you just did." With that Jabari climbs to his feet and cleans the sand off his body, or what he can. The sand on his clothes isn't going to come off easily. "Damn, girl... where did you learn to do shit like that anyway?" His voice trails off as she bends over to pick up her sandals, and then sticks her chest out a bit as she stands up... What a body. Nevermind that bit about maybe not hanging around her anymore... He's got a very good reason to keep hanging around. After being invited to continue following her, he picks up his pace to match hers. "...Pet? Heh... Try my name. Jabari." He doesn't ask hers, assuming she'll offer it when she's good and ready. Not that her name is required yet... They can enjoy each other without that knowledge after all. Undeterred by her previous attack, the dark man casually slips his arm around her, at about waist level, remembering that while she reacted rather violently to the ass-smacking, she responded much better to his other touches... |

Her laughter tinkles quietly at his grumbles as she saunters down the beach towards the busier hub-bub of city life. What she just did? 'Mmm yes... The wind is my bitch, and soon too you shall be...Jabari' She thought to herself, a manipulative smile spreading across her face. A thought she would have never thought in her right state of mind, she had nothing but profound respect for air and the relationship she shared with it. It had as much control over her as she did over it, and in some justified arguments-more. "Girl?" She rolled off her tongue, as his arm slides around her waist. She turns swiftly in the sand so she is directly in his path, stopping him with her voluptuous chest. "I believe the word you are looking for... is woman." A gleam lights up her azure orbs then, somewhere crossing between dangerous and seductive manipulation. Her delicate hands slide up his chest before her right hand grasps the locks at the base of his neck and pulls his lips into her's violently, though the kiss is as soft and dragged out as the sea rolling back off the shore. She pulls away from him slowly, "Sure thing..Jabby" she says softly, twisting his request so it both combined his name and her want of dominance. Bequeathing him a pet name where just as good as calling him one, and now that she had said it, she instantly became fond of it. She pulled away from him again turning towards the docks. |

Apparently, he must have done something right, because suddenly the blond stopped directly in front of him. Jabari bumps into her, feeling her full, supple breasts push against his chest. His breath quickened as the two pairs of blue eyes locked together, and he put his hands on her hips, pulling her a bit closer still. Excitement surged through Jabari's body as her hand slowly slid up his bare chest, which was rising and falling with breaths of anticipation, and then grasped his hair and thrust his face to hers. And then she kissed him. Unlike her aggressive motions before, the kiss felt soft and slow, and seemed to last forever. Her lips tasted sweet, and he savored every second as they stood there on the beach, locked together passionately. After a couple of amazing minutes, Jabari opened his eyes, a content and cocky grin on his face. What an amazing kisser she was. And from the look on her face, he wasn't bad himself. His eyes locked on her amazing figure as she slowly pulled away from him, calling him by yet another pet name: 'Jabby.' The half-elf couldn't help but laugh at her name for him. As much as he wouldn't want to admit it, it was kinda cute... And coming from one as beautiful as her, can't be a bad thing. He continued walking with her to the docks, putting his arm around her. "Jabby... I kinda like it." His face still wore a a grin as he turned to face her, locking his eyes with hers once again. Normally, he did not respect women much at all. All the ones he had met back home... Not that it was much of a home... were weak creatures, content to play their submissive roles. But this one was different... And she intrigued him greatly. |

Her mischievous side flared with his cocky smile; it was both annoying and seductive itself. Her hand slowly slid the length of his lower back as he through his arm around her yet again. She had paid careful mind to purposely run her fingers along the edge of his pant-line as she did so. Looking eyes with him again, she smiled as he approved his nickname. "You'll love everything I give you..." she said as their eyes were still locked. Her voice was a mix between fact and an indirectly spoken tease, yet the fact portion rang with a dangerous flare. When they got to the docks, she continued to walk equally with him for only a moment, before shrugging out of his arm and sauntering ahead smoothly. A few cat calls suddenly erupted from a near by ship that had been anchored, sailors who had less of a mind for anything that wasn't a good time- and she certainly looked like a good time. She smiled and gave a small wink, as they hollered about coming and playing with real men, and leaving the boy behind... Jabari needed to see she could leave him instantly if she wanted, or he failed to appease her, and she wanted to make him jealous for he was likely to be more fun that way.... "Come along Jabby, I wouldn't want to lose you now..." When they had walked a bit further she had turned to him again, letting the equality back into the separation she had made for the short stroll. "Well.... where shall we go?" She asked softly, her lashes fluttering softly, almost innocently if not for the way she had been previously acting. The question was riddled with tensions that would get his blood pumping, and his mind running wild... and she might just let him have his way. |

His skin tingled as her soft fingers ran across his lower back, and tickled across the top of his pants, so close to slipping under the fabric, but never actually making it... Were it not for his dark complexion, he would have been visibly blushing as the blood in his body rushed to waist-level. Were his pants not so loose, a bulge would be painfully obvious to anyone who even glanced in that general direction. However... It would still be clear to anyone who gave it any more than a glance. Jabari maintains his proud posture though, not wanting to draw any more attention that necessary, and being rather... gifted... besides. Nothing there to be ashamed of. And then came her next words... 'He would love everything she gave him...' That did it. Her voice and the look in her eyes shot through him, and he knew right now: He had to have her. She was no ordinary woman. She was definitely special, and there was no question: He needed to know this... goddess... carnally. The connection in their eyes broke as she slipped free of his arm and strutted ahead casting a a wink towards some very enthusiastic sailors. Their words bounced off him, the talk of 'men' and 'boys' being the product of arrogant men who were little more than children themselves. Jabari was both older and stronger than the lot of them, and could sink their ship with his body if he felt like it. But Kara's message was sent loud and clear: She had other options, and he had better play his cards right if he wanted her to stick around. He hadn't planned on her sticking around forever, and neither has she, he was certain, but... he needed her to stay with him today... A small surge of jealousy ran through him as she called for him to catch up. A slight quickening of his stride was all it took for the tall man to match his pace with her again. She stopped, and turning to him, her lashes fluttering in a faux-innocent, teasing manner, her voice and words ramping up the sexual tension between them. His eyes broke from hers only long enough to roam up and down her body once, admiring her long legs, her taut, slender stomach, and the ample curves in her chest and hips. He felt a bit of a burn in his loins now, even more eager than before to have her. "Maybe somewhere a little more... private?" He put his hands on her hips and pulled her closer, his mostly bare chest meeting with hers, and kissed her passionately Edited by Yangin, Aug 22 2010, 10:36 AM.

She smiled, appeased under his kiss. Wrapping her arms around his neck lightly, she indulged him in both the kissing, and domination in the sailors direction. As long as Jabari knew who was in control, that's all that mattered. She leaned in to him, enjoying the warmth of his flesh as the kiss drew out- then quite abruptly, pulled away and cocked her head to the side. "Do you hear that?" She asked him, her eyes shot towards the sky as her left ear remained tilted in the same direction. For Jabari, is was unlikely-- for she were hearing something quite far from them, carried only to her ears by the acute relationship she had for reading the wind with all her senses. As it were, it was currently bringing her something of great joy, for a sudden smile erupted over her luscious pink lips and her eyes lit with an excited fire. Turning back to him she grabbed his hand enthusiastically, and started to haul him off in towards the bustle of the city. "Come on Jabby -- Hurry!" She called back to him, a smile still blazing across her face. They proceeded to weave in and out of people and shops, darting past delicious smelling foods and brightly colored fabrics; Merchants calling out special one time only offers, and of course Jabari's wish, as tavern after tavern were passed-- yet, she never let go of his hand. Though she were leading him, her hand was softly, but firmly gripped around his. It was hard not to wonder what had gotten her so excited, for she continuously looked back as they ran, still holding a smile as her silver-white hair splayed out behind her, laughter tinkling back in his direction. They ran for a good while. In fact, it was almost certain they had run from one side of the city to the other- yet she didn't seem winded in the least bit. She finally slowed down, stopping for a moment and tilting her head once more at a forked road between two taverns. "This way!" she smiled at him, before yanking him down the road to the left. The road was completely empty, there were only a few random shops along the path, and as they went they got more and more scarce. The past a small house before the road led across a field, and then into a woods. If it were possible, one might say her excitement peaked as soon as they entered passed the first set of oaks. They ran down the road perhaps a mile, before she darted to the right and began to tug him off the beaten path. The trees got thicker as they went, and just as one might begin to stop and demand an explanation, they burst out into a small grove. The florid of colors hit like a punch to the gut. Three covered wagons, and at least 20 various brightly colored tents encompassed the grove in a half circle, as a large fire being added to in the middle. Deeply tanned, and covered in scarfs and other bright and decorative clothing, at least 30 people, a mix of men, women and children laughed and ran about. One man sat near the fire, playing a flute happily as the four woman next to him chopped vegetables of all sorts. "GYPSIES!" She bounced up and down as she looked at Jabari. It might have been weird, as normally people had an ill out look on such people, but Kara seemed completely smitten with them. She left Jabari quite suddenly, and made her way over to the man with the flute. He stopped playing and stood, a smile on his face but a cautious air in his welcome. The women stopped cutting and watched, listening intently. From where Jabari was left, not much could be heard, but he could see everything and the enthusiastic way she conversed with the man. He smiled at her and shook his head, just as she turned to point over to where he stood. She then beckoned him over to her. The women resumed chopping after nodding happily in her direction as well, and it was clear, whatever she had said appeased everyone. Kara smiled at Jabari again, and motioned to the man with the flute. "This is Rashme', he and his fellow companions offered us a meal and to join them for entertainment tonight." She said happily. Rashme' smiled and nodded at him, "Welcome to our colorful world," he said in a seductive accent, "I do hope you'll stay for the festivities tonight." He took a glance back at Kara, almost longingly before sitting down and striking up a tune once more. "I told them we would help with the cooking tonight." She said smiling at him, as if there was no way he would be opposed in any fashion, and this were quite a normal thing. |

Jabari was stunned when Kara suddenly broke the kiss, something having drawn her attention. Suddenly, she seemed to practically be a different person, her dominant demeanor and cocky attitude had faded away- no, not faded, for that implies a gradual change. Those behaviors had just vanished, instantly, without warning. "What is it?!" he called out to her, thoroughly confused as he hurriedly followed her, not having much of a choice as she had his hand in her grip, through the center of Reine. People whizzed by, merchants, sailors, hooligans of many varieties, until they passed out or Reine on the other side. He continued to follow Kara through the woods, now confused even more. Sure, he had asked to go somewhere more private... But this was what one could call "overkill." He doubted her intentions were still the same as his... For now. Her mind and her personality seemed to shift continuously, changing with the wind itself. Finally, they came to a stop in a clearing, full of covered wagons and tents painted in bright colors, with several dozen people scampering around and engaging in a wide variety of festivities. Several questions passed through his mind: What was this, and who were these people? Why were he and Kara here now? And how had she heard all of this going on from several miles away? What was Kara? And why was she so strange? She turned to him and excitedly proclaimed that this was a gathering of gypsies. Normally people didn't seem to care for gypsies, but that in itself wasn't so strange to Jabari: After all, she was accompanying him, and he was either a thug or a beast, depending on which form he was taking, and carried with him in either shape a skin tone not seen in Elenlond much, which got him strange looks often. He forced a smile through his confusion as Kara went over to talk to the man playing the flute by the fire. The half-elf couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy as Kara conversed enthusiastically with the gypsies by the fire, despite that fact that he had only met her less than an hour ago. And the look that the flautist gave her did nothing to calm these thoughts. But she turned her smile on him and beckoned him over, and he pushed those thoughts out of his mind for now. "Rashme'? Thank you for having us, I'm sure it will be a great time indeed." Jabari looked all around again, taking in all the sights of their festival they had set up for the night. He smiled a bit, as she remarked that she had said they would help with the cooking, almost more of a small laugh. She was a strange one indeed. "How did you know we'd find this here? How could you hear everything, all the way from the docks in Reine?" The half-elf possessed slightly better than average hearing, but nothing on that level. "And what is this?" |

A grin spread ear to ear as Rashme' struck up his art once more. Turning at Jabari's voice, her eyes lit up with a particularly mystifying gleam. "Oh Jabby, like I could hear something this far away!" She tinkled, and flounced past him, snagging his hand and pulling him towards the women. Cryptic was the blatant intention of her response, leaving her companion stumbling over whether she were making him out to be ridiculous for thinking she could, or was actually stating a very obvious fact. The women prepping the feast for the night looked up from their work but did not stop their task at hand. Some were stuffing spices into at least three types of meat, while others kneaded dough and yet others cut vegetables. All carried the same deeply tanned ski, and ebony hair Rashme' did, but it was obvious the graciously curvacious women clad in crimson and gold at the end was in charge, as she placed a hand on her hip and drawled out in the same thick accent, if not even more seductively, "Greetings to you fair haired and dark of skin, earn your keep wont you, and enjoy the night's magic!" She smiled and gestured to the long tables of before them. Kara bowed lightly, and found herself and Jabari a place in the production line, handing him a knife and a bundle of carrots as she herself took a dough ball from the woman next to her. For the next hour they were indulged by the women's laughter and stories of all the places they had traversed. They were a boisterous bunch, full of spirit and character. Kara laughed many times and often seemed reminiscent. Jabari, caught the eyes of many of them, and they took turns openly cat-calling him, or teasing him for being the only male doing a woman's job. It seemed in the light of an hour that the two were openly engaged as if they were long friends then mere passing strangers- yet so was the nature of the gypsies. When the fire was stocked with the meat on spits, and a few small fires on the side accommodating the rolls and stews, their work was done. The lead lady in red they came to know as Shardene', and she lead them to a vibrant red tent towards the back of the bunch. "There my lovelies, this is for you to wash up and prepare for the evenings magic! And to sleep should you choose to, or find yourself stumbling about drunk on the night air." She winked then, and with a light smack to Jabari's ass, turned and departed. It was clear these women were neither shy nor pron to assuming he was off limits, and Kara never discouraged them, laughing instead. "I think you have an admirer." She teased, as she pulled back the thick canvas and entered the tent. Inside smelled of rich spice, an incense lantern hanging down from the middle pole. The furnishing no less then the livelyhood outside; It was a fairly decent size, a decorative bronze wash basin in the left corner and one large, thick bed of soft rich-brown furs had been drawn. Kara walked casually to the heap and sat down, running her fingers through the follicles. At the bottom of the bed, a change of clothes had been laid out for them, akin to the rest of the gypsies exotic and enticing style. A small table held a pitcher and two glasses, also bronze. It seemed the gypsies knew how to treat guests in all facets. Kara grabbed a glass and poured the deep red wine, the smell traveling easily as she did so. Replacing the pitcher, and swirling her glass lightly, she leaned back and took a sip, locking Jabari's gaze as she did so. Licking her lips slowly of the liquid, she titled her head to the side lightly and smiled an enigmatic smile in his direction. "So would you care to wash first, or shall I?" She asked, running over his form slowly with her eyes. |

Dumbfounded, Jabari followed Kara as she drug him towards the place where the ladies were slicing various vegetables, meats, and breads, stammering out "Then how did you...?" but getting no reply from the excited goddess. He shrugged and joined in with them, not really having much of a choice after Kara had volunteered him. Although, given his current company, he really couldn't complain: In addition to the scantily clad blonde who had brought him here, he was surrounded by a large number of other young females, who were clearly led by the woman who they would later learn was called Shardene', who was wrapped in a crimson and gold garment that barely managed to contain her cleavage. Yeah, heaven probably looked something like this. He chopped the vegetables while joking with the women, who were giving him plenty of attention, cat calling him and giggling frequently as they talked, conversing about all kinds of things: funny stories, the ways of the gypsies, and a short period where Jabari attempted to describe his homeland to them, the rustic tropical island buried away in the ocean, in the middle of nowhere, somewhere even these wandering gypsies had never heard of before. All the while though, he kept sneaking glances at Kara, unable to keep her out of his thoughts. He couldn't help but notice that she seemed quite reminiscent at times, like this environment was something she related to from her own past. Had she been a gypsy before? She didn't really look like the rest of them, but maybe she had lived when them at some point? It occured to him he really knew nothing about her, and this was due in no small part to her own efforts, as she remained constantly cryptic and coy about, well... Just about everything. Finally they were lead to a tent by Shardene', who bade them to wash up and rest for the evening's festivities there, slapping the half-elf's ass as she left. Jabari turned around and winked at her as she turned around and left, swinging her own ass quite a bit as she walked away from them, allowing Jabari to disappear into the tent behind Kara. Jabari laughed at Kara's jab, simply responding "What can I say... Can you blame her?" before winking at the blonde. He leaned over and poured himself a glass of the wine as well, taking several sips from it as he inhaled the aromatic spice filling the room, making him feel just a tiny bit dizzy with the pleasing aroma. He locked his gaze with hers as she licked her lips suggestively, and then proposed her question as she roamed her eyes over him. Smirking cockily, the dark-skinned man shed his already open shirt, revealing his torso to her in full, running his eyes over her in a similar manner her form slender and toned, but voluptuous in all the right places. taking in her long, toned legs. Her taut stomach. Her full hips and bosom. He stepped over to her, placing a hand under her chin and lifting her face so that he could lean down and kiss her passionately, his free hand placing itself on her hips before running itself up and down her side, from her hip to under her arms, for the entire duration of the kiss. "I don't know... I think it would be better if we went together, and helped each other out..." |

She smiled beneath the mug, as she drew another sip of the wine and watched Jabari shed his shirt, allowing her to see his rippling ebony chest in the fading sunlight that lit the tent in a dull red glow. Azure orbs met him with an almost nefarious gaze as he slid his hand underneath her chin, and tilted it up to meet his lips. Her wine glass was held out in suspension for the duration of the kiss, and when he finally broke it, she smiled again and stood up, draining the rest in one go. She set the cup idly on the table, and drew closer to him, until her face was but an inch from his. "Is that so?" She asked in a low sultry voice, simultaneously grabbing the belt around his waist. Her actions were deliberate as she undid the buckle, never breaking his gaze, before she let them fall to the ground. She looked down a moment, then back up as a satisfied grin turned up the corners of her lush lips. She moved around him effortlessly, leaving his pants around his ankles as she walked to the large basin of water. She sat on the edge, hoisting up her skirt to reveal the belt that secured her sais to her right thigh, though when she had slipped them their Jabari couldn't say. She unfastened the buckle, and tossed them lightly across to the bed, starring at him as she pulled the knots loose for each sandal. Tossing the pair to the side, she stood up and reached up slowly, drawing out the wait as she purposely split her long white hair in two, and draped each side down the front before reaching up for the ties. This too found its place tossed next to the sandals, but to pain the elf even more, her hair still hid her bare breasts from plain sight. She turned then, and dropped her skirt to the ground, looking back with a smile, before climbing in the basin. As she turned to face him, the ends of her long hair splayed out atop the water. Small coils of steam rose gently as she placed her elbows on the rim, beckoning him with her right index finger, in a slow, yet demanding fashion. |

The next thing he felt was the young woman's fingers at his belt, her eyes locked on his the entire time as her hands deftly undid the buckle, allowing his pants to fall to the ground, her gaze only breaking long enough to check him out, and find that his excitement was obvious. And now it was his turn for a show: His eyes dropped to her thighs as she sat on the edge of the basin and hoisted up her skirt, removing the strap that contained her weapons and tossed it lightly onto the bed, followed by her sandals. If only she'd hadn't had to push her hair into the front before she had removed her top... What a tease. But it only made him ever the more eager. Finally she turned around pushed her skirt to the ground, revealing her ass to Jabari. And what an ass. The dark man returned the smile she flashed him shortly before stepping into the basin, waiting to turn around until she had submerged herself, beckoning to him with one finger. And he did not need to be told twice. Jabari stepped out of his boots, leaving them sitting in the middle of his pants, which lay on the floor, and made his way across the tent and eased himself into the basin with Kara. It was impossible to tell whether the heat he was feeling was the steamy water, or simply just his own desires as he lowered himself into the water with the gorgeous young goddess. It was a tight fit for the two of them in the tub, but that was the idea after all. He leaned in, his breathing picking up its pace, and gently pushed her hair out of the way, the long silver locks now hanging down her back, the ends pooled around her in the water. He finally gazed upon her body, bronzed flesh heaving with her own anticipating breaths, taking in all the details of her lean effeminate figure, before leaning in and kissing her once more, allowing his hands to explore her. |

Kara smiled, a fire in her eyes that was almost nefarious, as Jabari lowered himself into the basin. Their legs were gently twined so as to fit them both, but even in a rather small space, it was big enough given the pumping adrenaline between them. His kiss was salty from the day, and that made it ever more the sweeter. She smiled beneath it as his hands roamed her chest and torso, her own hands returning beneath the water in the most languid fashion. She let him linger, but not for long, before pushing him back against his side of the bath with the tips of her toes. Two slender fingers walked gently across the water before meeting the middle of his chest, where they walked upward a few paces before flattening out so that her whole palm was caressing his toned chest. She kissed him softly once, before joining both hands in the journey up and across his chest, trailing her fingers gently along his arms. "Tell me, Jabby, what is your intention tonight?" She asked so smoothly it was nearly a whisper. She laced her arms around his neck then, pulling herself to sit sideways in his lap and closed the gap between them. A small flick of her wrist had the bar of sweet smelling lard rise from the earthen floor and gently settle in her hand, though the move was so swift he was sure to have missed it... being preoccupied with other things. She tilted her head softly, as she smiled once again and began to lather his chest in a docile manner, while her left arm was still drapped around his neck, her fingers idly playing with his dreads. |

Jabari felt himself pushed against the far edge of the basin, followed by the silver-haired young woman's fingers crawling up his chest seductively, sending a slight tickling sensation running through his flesh. Smoothly, she shifted herself into his lap, and he draped one arm around her shoulders, placing the other on her thigh and caressing it, reaching just a bit higher with each pass. "I think you know what it is I want tonight... I want you." His voice came out thick, deep, and smooth, and almost as whispery as her own, his tones practically dripping with lust. Indeed, he missed her quick grabbing of the lard, which filled the air around them with a sweet scent as she began to lather his chest with it. His chest heaved with heavy breaths of anticipation as her hand wandered about, spreading the heavily scented lather. He withdrew his hand from her leg and scooped up some of the excess lather from his chest, and began rubbing it into hers, leaning up to kiss her, and then planting kisses along her jaw and down her neck. The heat rose to his cheeks and his breath grew heavier as his touch became more aggressive, but never too rough, savoring the touching and eager to move things even further... |

Her laugh came out in a soft tinkle, like chimes just barely being moved by the wind. She let their lips dance gently, smiling under him the whole time. She was enjoying herself but seemed far less eager about moving things along then Jabari, as if she got more enjoyment out of the fact he was so heated and lustful, then the actions themselves. She let his kisses trail the length of her neck before closing her left hand gingerly around an array of his dark locks, pulling his head back with mild force and a devious smile. "Don't be hasty Jabbs, we wouldn't want to spoil supper." Her words dripped tauntingly, as she adjusted herself ever so slightly bringing her face less than an inch from his own. Hand still woven tightly in his dreads, she pushed her chest into his own as she brought her lips a hairs breath from his own, starring deviously into his dark eyes. She brushed her soft pink flesh of her lips across his, before pulling away so an attempt to complete a kiss could not be enforced. She teased him a few more times in this manner before kissing him gingerly. She laughed gingerly as she pulled back from him, arching back so the entire length of her hair had been submerged. The lard, still in her right hand, met the palm of her left, gathering a hefty amount before tossing the bar at Jabari. She worked it into her tresses, watching Jabari, yet all her actions seemed to carry an air of seductive quality. When she was satisfied she submerged her hair once more and washed away the days grime. She stood up suddenly, looking down at Jabari as the remaining drops of water that clung to her body rolled down her very exposed form. "Smells like dinner is done!" She said with an excited smile, stepping out of the tub, and, just as before, she was suddenly engulfed in an unexplainable-encompassing wind. Her silver-white tresses splaying wildly above her, only to settle back down, dry and near ram-rod straight. She walked to the bed, her hips swaying ever so, as she leaned over and thumbed the clothes the gypsies had left on the bed. What a dirty, dirty tease. She certainly was giving Jabari a run for his money. Their guests had certainly picked out quite the outfit. Deep blue, the skirt wrapped and tied at the hip, though one side laid longer then the other, exposing her leg from mid- thigh down at certain times. A gold scarf tied atop, it's edge dangled with tiny circular gold plates that jangled when she moved. The top, matching in color wrapped around her neck and across her chest, leaving room for her cleavage to just surface and her torso from just above her belly down exposed. This too was fringed with dangling gold plates. She re-situated the silver circlet on her head, so that only the front across her brow showed, and turned just back to Jabari just as music was struck up from beyond the walls of their tent. "Mmm." She said with a complacent, soft smile. There was much more then a flute now. Drums and stings, and other instruments that permeated the air with a rich, invigorating energy. The sun had nearly set, the last faint traces of light beginning to fade. Fire light burned in various tents, and torches had been lit around the tents. She exited, taking it all in and waiting for Jabari to follow. The fire in the middle of the caravan had been added to, and the flames now danced just above the tents before them. Everyone was clad in even more extravagant garb then when the two had entered. Deep, rich colors and chimes could be heard. The smell of cooked bread, spices, and meat filtering thickly on the gentle breeze. |
