Name – Zinchi Zero Age – 21 Gender – Male Alignment – Good Social Class – Nobility Occupation – Fortune Teller. Race – Human Weapons – A bucket of knives, 25; the type of throwing knives. Two small marbles that continuously float around him. Physical Appearance – He is a short boy, with bushy black hair. His lips almost always seem to be in the form of a smile, his skin his short of any blemishes on them, he was obviously a cherished child. His eyes are a light blue color, and they always seem so soft and so pleasant. He wears a blue robe and white pants, the blue robe having spacing down the center to show a bit of his chest. He is not the most manliest of men, so he is not very muscle bound, though one could tell that he is in shape. Some could go as far as to call him a pretty boy, as he always tries to keep his appearance the most pristine. He is about 5’5” tall. Also under his robe there are 2 golden chain linked necklaces that his parents gave to him, 1 for graduating from primary school, and one for progressing through the university. They shine especially brightly, he always keeps them polished, and he always keeps himself neat and clean. He always seems to have a dreamy gaze, especially when dealing with women who are beautiful to him, at least. It could be called entrancing. He wears socks and wooden sandals, not the platform type. Personality – He is generally a nice guy, even to those who nine times out of ten do not deserve it. He is very smart, and can also be a bit humorous at times. He speaks with great vocabulary, and usually does not use profanity. He enjoys being in the company of physically attractive women, but they also have to be somewhat smart; cause he generally believes no one is as smart as he is. With that in mind, he is also somewhat cocky, but nonetheless, in a friendly matter. He is very confident in himself, and does not take to rejection very well. He also enjoys the company of people that can make him laugh, and others that are considerably smart. It is unlikely that he would downplay someone else’s intelligence, unless he believed they were blatantly…stupid. It is either one or the other, for him. Either you’re stupid and funny, or you’re not funny but not stupid; no stupid and unfunny people! Those annoy him. He also cannot stand demons of any form shape or kind; he would attack one immediately if he saw one on sight. ![]() History – His dad was the owner of a jewelry shop, and his mother was a simple housewife. They lived a simple life together, he progressed exceedingly well through primary and secondary school. He began to sit down and meditate in his late primary school years. Though it was simply for a calming of the mind, at this time. It was his 3rd year year in secondary school when he started discovering his…talents. There was a girl sitting next to him in a class, who had rather perverse thoughts in her head about them. It was weird as he could hear the thoughts, or at least parts of them play out in his head as if he were thinking them himself. He looked over at the girl and she blushed when their eyes met. “You like me, don’t you,” he asked her softly. She nodded to him once…but he did not like her the same way, so he left it alone. It had to be just a coincidence, right? Until when he walked down the hallway, he could hear the thoughts of two boys. They were apparently preparing to rob him when he walked past. This must have also been a coincidence, he did not see anybody…from that angle. But to play it safe, he waited for a teacher to stroll down the hallway, and walked past that corner with him. Low and behold, the two boys were on the other side waiting. And boy, were they upset! His telepathy was obviously real, but it seemed that it only stretched to the extent of nearby people who had thoughts about him. He was a very logical thinker, so it was not very difficult for him to denounce that this was indeed the case. It made him smile with delight, however, that he was one of the few who had telepathic powers, even if they were so limited. As he progressed through secondary school and his general knowledge increased, so did the power of his mind. One night when he went home to meditate, a short movie played out in his mind about a significant event that would happen. The vision was not very detailed, and he did not know when it would happen, but it was important. It was significant to him, and maybe not so significant to others. He saw his science teacher getting dismissed from the school, for having crude pictures of one of his classmates in his desk drawer. His vision would come true, the next day, as his history class was cancelled for that day. The teacher was nowhere in sight… So could he see into the future? Not at will, yet, at least. More visions came to him in his meditations. One day he envisioned his father making a big sale at the jewelry shop, bigger than he’d ever have before, but he didn’t know when. When he told his father, his father of course, believed his son. But he assumed it would be the very next day…which it was not. His father was very much looking forward to this, and since it did not come true, he completely dismissed the idea of his son having telepathy. For a moment, Zinchi did as well…or maybe, just maybe it was not meant for today…maybe the next day. But the next day, nothing beyond the usual, and it was not until 2 months later when the prediction was forgotten that a man walked into the jewelry shop and bought half of his father’s complete stock. Of course his father would not give Zinchi any credit, it was just a coincidence according to him in his mind. But when Zinchi reminded him, he told Zinchi that he was right and he apologized. Little did his father know that Zinchi could hear exactly what his father was really thinking, and Zinchi knew that his father still thought it was just a coincidence. He still loved him nonetheless. It was funny how he discovered of his telekinesis, at least to his parents. His mother was preparing dinner, but she was very tired this particular night, she just finished cleaning the entire house. She tripped over her own feet while cutting a cucumber with a knife. The knife bounced off of the table and spun a few times in the air. It looked like it was coming toward the grounded woman. Zinchi saw this, and he reached out for her shouting, “NO!” The knife slowed down tremendously, and stopped a few inches from his mothers face. He pulled his hand back, and the knife flew back towards him. He put another hand up toward it, a little frightened, “No, stop! Stop!” And the knife stopped in front of his face, and just floated there. He felt a sharp pain in his head, and the knife dropped. He stumbled backwards and out of the room. His mother figured she was thoroughly tired and was seeing things. She passed out right there on the floor. Zinchi made his way up the stairs and to his bedroom. The knife could not have weighed more than a pound. He looked at a pen that was on his dresser, closing his eyes for a second and reopening them. His hand raised out toward it, and the pen rose upward. He moved his other hand across the air over his first hand, and the pen spun around. When he flung his hand forward, he sent the pen flying into the wall. That was easy for him, almost no strain. It was apparent that he could lift things with his mind…but how much? He looked at his bed, and extended both of his palms toward them. When he raised his hands upward, the mattress rose out of the frame, and upwards. But he immediately dropped it, as he felt even MORE pain in his head. He fell to his bottom…his telekinesis was disappointingly weak. There were a couple of marbles on his desk. When the pain went away, he extended a hand toward them and they floated in the air. He made them rotate around himself, and would keep them constantly doing so. This was mental training for him… By his first year in college, he mastered his telekinesis. He could easily lift something that weighed about 100 lbs, or split it to lift up to 5 different things that together had a maximum weight of 100 lbs. But it was weird, he could not lift any actual living thing. He also found he had complete control of these things that were lifted, and could throw them in any direction, no more than 100 ft from where he stood, though. He also found how to move himself with his telekinesis through the air, but only so high, and for only so long. His ability to predict the future became more refined. Whenever he meditated, if it was something significant, his vision he saw always ranged from happening within the next half hour, to the next 30 days. So yes, it was more refined, but he still could not pinpoint exactly what day. He could also apply this to other people, with just getting a full name (first, last) from the person. During his studies in the university, in his mailbox, there was a gift from his parents. It was two beautiful golden chain necklaces. They made him think about his parents, and he began to mediate about them. But…he had a horrible vision. His parents were being attacked while in his father’s jewelry shop, by a dark spirit! Since he did not know when exactly this attack would happen, he immediately left the campus and made his way back home. But when he got to the jewelry shop, he found the shop to be a bloody mess. All of the jewelry was gone, and the bodies of his two parents lay in pieces behind the counter. If only he would’ve seen the vision sooner! If only his power was stronger! He felt as if it was his fault, and he was given this gift to protect his parents from things like this…and he failed. The only thing he could do that felt right was, avenge their death. His inspiration for continuing through the university dissipated. He now travels the lands as a fortune teller, with intention to slay any demon, since he does not know for sure what particular demon was the one who did this to his parents. Simple Abilities
