Welcome to Elenlond, an original medieval fantasy forum! We're always looking for new, dedicated members.

Elenlond is composed of two continents: Soare and Esiria. Esiria, a land now isolated due to the efforts of the last remaining Goddess, is inaccessible to all beings and lies in the east. Soare, a continent in the west, is composed of three distinct nations: Ashoka, Soto, and Morrim. Lying between the two major continents are the Scattered Isles. Since the dissolution of the pantheon and the fall of the gods, these countries have existed in relative peace and prosperity.

But how long will that peace last?

I would like to welcome Woffle to the staff! She's shown that she's more than deserving of this position, what with her past experience working with forums, the plot that she has orchestrated beautifully, her dedication, and her overall activity. I think that she will be an excellent addition to the team. =) You shall now see Andi's name in ominous red text. >) Now, on a more serious note. I would like to remind everyone that, when posting, you should be aiming for quality. It has come to the attention of the staff that this is not the case, and that some are spitting out posts for the sake of spitting them out. We've seen quality slip a bit, and this is a cause for concern. When posting, please try to either a) re-read your posts, or b) put them through a spell checker like Word. Firefox has a spell checker, as well. You should, however, be trying to write grammatically sound posts (nobody's perfect, right? Mistakes are acceptable, of course!). If this continues to be an issue, staff members will warn members, as well as deny abilities based on shoddy posting. The rules state: Quote: Elenlond does not have a word minimum, although we would suggest that you try to keep your posts around 100 words if at all possible. It is understandable if the thread you're in doesn't require that many words. We do, however, expect that your posts continue to be quality work. If you are always, consistently writing poor posts (ie. one-liners, one word posts, or short posts that should probably have been much longer), a staff member will talk to you. If this continues, you may be warned, suspended, or banned. We sacrifice quantity here in the hopes of increasing the quality of everyone's Rping experience. Please keep this in mind while posting. OOC grammatical and spelling mistakes are always welcome for the sake of ridiculous humor! Although I may be overdosing after prolonged withdrawal. IC, it's just plain not funny. Disclaimer: accents and inflection are free of all grammatical rulings, so long as quotes exist. Otherwise, get yer grammar gear on and put in your spelling shoes!
