| Welcome to Elenlond, an original medieval fantasy forum! We're always looking for new, dedicated members. Elenlond is composed of two continents: Soare and Esiria. Esiria, a land now isolated due to the efforts of the last remaining Goddess, is inaccessible to all beings and lies in the east. Soare, a continent in the west, is composed of three distinct nations: Ashoka, Soto, and Morrim. Lying between the two major continents are the Scattered Isles. Since the dissolution of the pantheon and the fall of the gods, these countries have existed in relative peace and prosperity. But how long will that peace last? Name – Kaden Age – Exact age unknown, but definitely thousands of years old. Gender – Male Alignment – Chaotic Evil Social Class – Street Rat Occupation – Murderer Race – Vampire (Appears to have originally been some kind of angel) Weapons – Kaden has owned a pair of knives for as long as he can remember. One knife, which he calls "Distortion" appears to be so twisted that it is unclear how it can even cut, but it does so surprisingly well. This appears to be made out of some sort of purplish black metal. The other knife, which he calls "Rage" doesn't even seem to be made of metal. The blade is long and slightly curved, and appears to be made of an incredibly sharp sliver of light red, translucent crystal. Physical Appearance – Kaden's eyes are blood red, with slit pupils that are a slightly lighter color of red. He is extremely pale his kin being white, or almost a light gray, and has a somewhat muscular build, though he hardly looks like a bodybuilder or anything like that. His straight silver hair goes just past his shoulders. He wears what appears to be almost angelic white robes of white cloth, with what seems to be gold on the edges. Kaden's wings are probably his most notable feature, despite everything else about him also seeming somewhat eerie as well. Normally, they barely look like wings, consisting of a short straight part sticking out of his back, followed by a curve that looks like a half-circle with spikes on the outside. They are a translucent light blue color when like this. However, when he activates them, they become huge, looking almost like real bird's wings, just a lot larger. They are mostly the same light blue as when they're small, but the feathers fade to blood red at the tips. Personality – To put it simply, Kaden is a sadistic murderous bastard. His favorite pastime is making people suffer in as bloody, painful ways as possible. He actively searches for people that look like they make ideal victims, and ones that he won't be caught easily for. He likes to keep mementos of his victims, a pendant, a strip of leather... A heart. No, literally, he will sometimes actually rip someone's heart out and keep it as a trophy. Sometimes, on a whim, he will play mind games with his victims rather than killing them immediately, or even making it obvious that he's toying with them. He typically takes the more direct approach of "Rip apart and strew guts everywhere" though. He seems to be capable of rational thought, but he ignores it completely most of the time. History – Kaden's history is blurry near the beginning. Whether he really once was an angel or whatever, he neither knows nor cares. For as long as he can remember, he has done nothing except do as his whims command, which usually involves slaughtering random travelers mercilessly, and drinking their blood. One time, he managed to get a large group of other vampires to follow him, by slaughtering their previous leader. Not long after that, his attention was caught by a man who was doing rather well in the town... He decided to toy with him and his family just a little bit before he slaughtered them mercilessly. He told them to leave, run away... And then he ran after them and their carriage, catching up easily. He opened it and reached inside, grabbing the man's daughter. Kaden laughed as the girl pointlessly struggled and he held her arms behind her back as he stood behind her. He bit her, as his followers restrained the man and the rest of his family. Kaden decided not to kill her... He turned her. Then, he turned to the man who was his target and laughed. Then, without a word, he turned to each other member of the man's family and murdered each one of them as gruesomely as possible. Some of them had their organs ripped out, others had them tied around them... Then, Kaden suddenly drew his knives and slashed the throat of the man.... Immediately followed by his slaughtering all of his vampiric followers with them as well. After draining the corpses of blood, apart from the vampires which he couldn't do anything with, he left. Nine years later, after continuing being a serial killer, and easily avoiding being caught by any "authorities" he was surprised when one of his victims cast a spell on him, sealing most of his power... He had no idea who she was, but he still had enough physical strength to kill her before she could do anything else. He is slowly regaining his power as he kills more and more, and drinks more blood... Apparently he has barely been impeded at all. If anything, he's having more fun when his victims can actually put up a fight. First Five Abilities
Additional Abilities Enchantment:Distortion- Wounds inflicted by this twisted black dagger are not only unusually painful, but they don't seem to heal right. Healing magic has a slightly reduced effect on the wounds, and if left to heal naturally, there is a fairly high probability that it will leave permanent scars.
