I found this amusing. Apparently the makers of Windows did not use spell check.... Oh, and I couldn't remember what the size limit of this was, so if it's too big, let me know and I'll switch it to a link. And...yeah....that's Shadow's post being worked on in the background.... *cough*

Lmfao and yet again we see that Microsoft is full of fail. XDDD Not that their spellchecker works all that great anyway. Dad once found and fixed a bug in their OS and he told them. A week later they came out with a patch that fixed said bug, but didn't even mention that a regular user had found it. This was years ago, though. Can't make an OS, and they definitely can't make a functional console. |

Hmm...my mother works for Microsoft, so I have to love them. They pay my health insurance. lol But she isn't a software engineer or anything like that, so don't blame her. |

I dunno... I can't name a better or more user-friendly OS, so I wouldn't knock Microsoft much at all. Especially when you look at their competitor, Apple. >.> Damn Apple should freaking quit making OS's and just make computers or something. Or iPods. |

MS is NOT people-friendly. It is frustrating, aggravating, and infuriating. I am so tired of seeing the warning telling me that I turned off user control. I turned off user control, you idiots, because you keep telling me I'm not the administrator, when this is the only account on my laptop. How am I not the admin? I'm also tired of it turning off its own spyware and virus protection, and then OneCare whining at me about how it's turned off. And being unable to fix it. Don't get me started on IE. Of course, I have Vista. I look forward to Windows 7: Vista, with LESS suck! I don't blame the people of MS who aren't the coders. I blame those who do the coding, because they can't fix their own product. My computer couldn't even install Vista Service Pack 1 when it came out. I have no respect for this OS. I didn't mind XP, but I wasn't ecstatic about it. |

o.o *has never had Vista... never wants to have Vista* I still say, compared to what else is out there, what's the best? If not perfect, what is the best? I hear it's Linux, but I also hear that'd be an arse to set up and I don't much feel like trying. |

Linux would probably be the best, yes. It's confusing at first, but it's stable. And it works. But people are too afraid to try and play with something that they don't understand. It's easier to fight with something you've used before and can sort of navigate, as opposed to something you've never seen. Dad had Linux many years ago. I liked it. |

I will say that I hate Mac OS. I don't find them to be user friendly at all, but that's all that my school's had since like, 7th grade on, so I used it a lot at school. But I was always glad to come home to my PC and Windows XP. I have never used Vista, but I'm with Yori. I never want it. |

Vista is seriously full of fail. All it is is eyecandy, and while you can navigate it, it's so flawed it's painful. I couldn't keep XP, though, because this was a personal computer and all of the Dells that you order that are personal come with Vista. Admittedly, I find the Mac OS horrible, in that navigation is such a pain in the ass it's ridiculous. That, and Mac anything does not work with PC anything >>;. I think Macs are only superior to the PC in that all of their software is built for it, so you don't have a bunch of random people providing software for it ( = unstable system, fyi), and it's really good for graphic design. Otherwise, yeah... Have always disliked Macs, and always will. That, and Apple is full of fail in its own way. Case in point: the iPod. And our router. I hate our Apple router. =_= I look forward to having a normal one in a month... |
