A million million stars sparkled in the sky. The desert wind whispered over the sand, caressing the dunes. The light of the moon and stars made it seem near dawn, but the man new better. Night had fallen no more than an hour ago, but still sleep would not welcome him. Usually Markis felt at home in the desert. In fact, the desert was his home. Tonight was different, and sleep would not come. He had been given an important task, and tomorrow would prove eventful. Whether these events were good or bad, he could not tell, but eventful nonetheless. Alone and seemingly unprotected Markis lay on his back. The night air had begun to cool, but Markis new the night would be comfortable enough. If only he could sleep, comfortable it would be. Why had the chief chosen him? Of all people, surely several others were able. Not more willing, no. Markis had never said no to a task, nor to a challenge, and he wouldn't start no. But certainly others were more suitable for such a task. Convincing even one other tribe to join forces with his own, that was hard enough. But to collect as many as all of the tribes from the area around the city to win the war against the king? That was insane. And further, it had been requested he find a way to contact the rumored rebels that fought in their own way from within the city. That was like touching the stars. With a sigh the man put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes, finally falling into a light sleep about midway through the night. At dawn Markis awoke, chilled but with the morning sun peaking over the horizon the day was already becoming warm. Another hot day, but of course, it was the desert. Gathering his sword and daggers and attaching them to their places at their sides he begins the journey west. Another half days travel and he should find the tribe he was seeking. The Okti'ak Tribe boasted the fiercest warriors, and would be a fitting first ally in the war against the king. |

The sun was down and Tzel was up,. while it was still gone he had to move. Tzel had figured out very quickly that moving at night was the only time to move here in this desert. His skin much tanner than usual served as an excellent reminder to him of this. When the sun had gone down, Tzel had stopped the magic holding the protective paper covering he had made for himself and pulled it back into the roll. He had been lucky enough to find an oasis the night before and had camped near it. When the blazing ball of death, that was the sun as far as this place was concerned, had vanished in a blazing glow of oranges purples and golds on the horizon and the moon had risen, Tzel had awakened from his restless slumber and began to move again. He had risen on this night and began moving as he had the many nights before. It was some time ago he had heard about the troubles in Ashoka, but finally Tzel had decided to cross this desert and investigate them for himself. He needed to see this for his other mission, so he could know more about what would happen in an uprising such as this, and what it truely looked like to be these poor victims...more interestingly, he wanted to see the desert...but as he had been warned, it was true, there was little to see in the desert and it had lost much of its mysterious appeal already. Tzel was running now up one dune and then sliding down the other side. He continued to travel in this manner across the desert leaping and sliding through the night. He would stop on occasion to breathe and drink some water from his water skin and finally once he stopped for about an hour just to look up at the many many stars above him. A sight like this would normally have left Tzel stunned for hours and hours but it was the fourth night of this view, he knew they would be there later for him to see again. Tzel had continued his travels across the desert he could tell it was getting warm again and the sky was getting lighter. "Morning already...I'll have to camp again..." Tzel stopped in the silence of the desert night and simply listened to the wind for a few moments untill his right ear perked up, he had heard motion... immediately his curiosity was piqued and he moved in that direction heading for potential danger but whatever it was he hoped it would be worth seeing. His tails had swayed eagerly as he slowed down approaching the top of the dune to look down his head barely peeking over the top to see the man below. It was dark, the moon gone and the sun not yet high enough to lighten the shadow cast by the dune so it was that Tzel could barely make out the shape of the other creature other than to realize it was humanoid...but he kept quiet. He was in unfamiliar lands dealing with beings yet unknown to him... this was not the time to foolishly call out to something that may be some beast or marauder bent on taking his life for food. Quietly he watched and waited he had a hand on a single sheet of paper just in case... he always made sure to have at least one piece at the ready at all times. Tzel hoped this wasn't danger though. He wanted to have someone interesting to talk to that wasn't bent on cutting his throat. Tzel had had bad luck with the people he met in new places lately. |

Markis hesitated in his steps. He wasn't sure what exactly made him stop, a very subtle change in the lighting, perhaps. He had the sense of being watched. A sense that a lone traveller always had in the openness of the desert wild, but this was somehow different. More real, maybe. He couldn't be sure, and a quick scan of the area gave him no glimpse of any creatures watching him. Another step, and then turn, to scan his eyes over the horizon behind him. It had to be a quick scan, for the sun was quickly raising over the eastern dunes, it's glare blazing down, brightening the morning more with each minute. Again, nothing, but the feeling remained. With a small shrug Markis turned once more on his way westward. He must just be feeling nerves for the coming meeting with the fierce warrior tribe. Reaching behind his head to run the two thing braids through his hands as if to ensure that had not been removed, Markis began whistling as he walked, stopping only once to drink a small amount from the half full skin slung over his back. |

Tzel watched and as the man began to move again, he lowered himself untill when he peeked up again, the man was now more visible. He was a dark skinned fellow, with tattoos all over his body, Tzel had always been interested in the intricate and strange designs that tribal people permanently etched into their bodies. He stayed low trying to follow as quietly as he could he was still cautious, but Tzel knew that his own curiosity would win out in the end. He watched the two braids of the mans hair and one hand went absently to his own growing locks of hair. He would one day perhaps have hair that long, now that he was no longer forced to keep it at a certain length like he had been at his own home. long hair is a luxury we cannot afford son, you need to be ready to fight at all times he could hear his fathers own words echoing in his mind. The light was growing brighter and Tzel knew it would be not to long before his shadow would be cast far enough that the potential aggressive foe would soon notice him. Tzle rose to his feet knowing that lurking behind a warrior was no way to gain their trust. But calling out now might startle the other into attacking. By his muscular structure and by Tzels own imagination that romanticized every situation to the ideal, Tzel had decided the person had to be a warrior, a proud and strong one. Tzel rose up and continued to walk about twenty feet from the warior, his tails swaing in a wave like motion behind him as he followe....finally the chance came, the warrior stopped to take a drink and Tzel knew this was his opportnity that would be when the warrior would most likely hesitate to see who or what called out to him if something did and that was exactly what Tzael did. "Ho there!" he called out waving his hand holding the white paper hoping that might also be recognized as a sign that he meant no harm. he wasn't sure what else to say other than to get the others attention, presuming he wasn't attacked he would work from there, get closer introduce himself and perhaps find out what the man was up to out here and hear a good story or two... |

Markis froze, lowering the skin slowly, his other hand falling to his daggers as he turns to face the person speaking to him. After turning fully to regard the creature, he froze again. He had never seen an animal like this one, and it had spoken to him. It appeared more or less human, but was clearly a beast of some kind. It held what appeared to be a white piece of cloth that it waved rather enthusiastically at him. Determining the creature to be little threat, if any, Markis lowered his hands and opened his mouth as if to speak, but close it again. What was this thing? It had spoken, he was sure of that. A greeting, he was sure. Did it mean to give him the white cloth? For what purpose? Was it poisonous, like the many forms of cacti in the desert? "Wha-..." Markis paused and then continued once more, "What... or who... are you?" He hoped this creature understood him, he had never encountered a talking animal before. |

Tzel folded the paper and tucked it in his red sash belt of his black pants as he grinned to the warrior. Drawing closer he still wasnt able to tell who was taller, not that it mattered but Tzel was simply curious. THe question had made him chuckle slightly and he jogged closer so now they were only about ten feet apart, his tails continueing to sway in a wave like motion as he grinned showing his white teeth to the tanned man. Tzel was happy the initial response atleast had been one of non-aggression. It ammused him to realize that out here in the deserts, Kitsune folk were even less heard of than they were in their own forest home. He smirked cinfidently as eh responded to the greeting. "I am Tzel a kitsune from the forests far from here, a wanderer exploring the world and lands and trying to see all i can." he explained bowing deeply and righting himself. "What and who are you?" he asked one of his ears pointing straight up and the other out to the right in curiosity as he presumed this was a customary desert greeting phrase and had hoped he had done it right. Tzel started waiting for him to reply as his eyes scanned over the tattoos closer and the details in them... the intricacies interested him and he watched them with his hazel eyes intrigued. |

Markis stepped back slowly as the thing jogged closer to him. Forests? A kitsune? These words were strange to the desert raised man. Markis had heard of places where trees grew, he thought they had been called forests, but these were always in fairy tales told by the elders. He had never met anyone from these places, and hadn't truly believed they existed. He knew there had to be something beyond the desert, but a place full of trees, that was an odd thought. He straightened though, ignoring the questions as his chest swelled with pride, "I am Markis Lackley of the Zekil Tribe." Formal introductions made, Markis turned and began walking once more. He had little need to know why this creature had ventured into the desert from fairy tale lands. He had a mission and wouldn't be slowed by the likes of this odd humanoid beast. "Follow me if you wish, Tzel Kitsune, but do not tarry too far behind. The desert can be an unforgiving place for those unwary and unlearned in her ways." |

Tzel jogged quickly and caught up with Markis. It was interesting to watch this human he seemed to be determined to get to somewhere and Tzel was not incredibly curious to find out where. He heard the warning about the desert and her unforgiving ways and nodded keeping up "Yes i have already had close encounters of the scorpion variety as well as met with a few snakes, spiders, and a partially buried cactus or two..." he stated only slightly chuckling embarrassedly as he absentmindedly rubbed his backside remembering how he had encountered one of those cacti...fortunately the wound had already healed but it was a painful memory he would not forget so soon. Tzel followed alongside the man and then spoke again "So...Markis Lackley of the Zekil Tribe..." he chuckled at the use of his full name and title that he had used in response to being called Tzel Kitsune, not that he minded substituting his race for his un-given last name. "Why is it that you a desert local is traveling in the harsh day rather than night, and what is it that you are up to? Perhaps i can be of help to you while you help me make it through this desert alive. Meanwhile i get to hear more fascinating things about you and this desert, and if you want i can tell you a bit about my home since you seem to know so little about it." Tzel smiled at his proposition as he felt the warm rays of the sun increasing and the sky growing brighter he knew he would have to do something about this soon. His skins wasn't as dark as Markis's but it was getting close but Tzel had a feeling he would burn badly before his skin would reach that shade. He would have to engage in protective measures soon enough. |

The heat of the sun had very little effect on the dark skinned man. To one who was born and raised in this harsh envrionment, especially from the tribe he was in, it was not even warm yet. The day had just dawned and the heat was still a shadow of it's noonday glory. Markis had been taught at a young age that travelling during the day was a sign of great strength, and his tribe prided itself on marching the day away and sleeping at nights. If they had places to be in a hurry, they could sometimes march a whole day and through the night. He had also been taught that travelling in the day may be inconvenient, but it had many advantages. For one, there was little chance of being attacked while travelling in this way, only small creatures that were easily defeated moved in the day, and not far. Another advantage was that most enemies would not expect to be attacked. Markis turned his head slightly to regard Tzel, and again could not help but wondering about how strange a creature this seemed to be. "I'll do what I can to help you through, but I will slow little for you. I have urgent business regarding..." He paused. He was a generally trusting person, but he usually only spoke with other members of his tribe. Could he tell this creature of his business without consequences? Maybe he was a spy. "...my tribe. And our loyalties." That should cover him he thought, with a slight nod as he turned back to viewing the terrain ahead. |

"I can keep up when i need to" Was Tzel's first reply as he followed the one named Markis and observed him further He thought about the answers he had been given and found it to be frustratingly vague. Tzel was notdetered by this though, instead, his curiosity was fueled further by the lack of information given and another bout of questions formed in his mind. "Urgent you say? Is it really urgent or is it that kind of boring work they give you that the uppity people want done now?" Tzel thought about this for a moment speaking from experience. As he thought he began to verbalize his own train of thought. "I had never really figured tribes for that kind of tedium but i suppose it is possible. Or...Maybe you are on urgent life-threatening business...now that sounds like fun..." Tzel paused and looked to the man his grin showing slightly. "Is there anything i can do to help? I am not without talent after all. Though i suppose i should not offer assistance into a matter i know so little about. I am, after all, only a visitor in this place for now..." as Tzel thought further his brain finally began to do a bit of adding for him with the facts he had. "...Hey, wait, i bet i know what you are up to..." he got closer and talked in a lower voice grinning to the man like the cat that had swallowed the canary his tails swaying with anticipation and excitement. "I bet your tribe is one of those tribes fighting the lords to be free. Don't worry about me, i am no spy for them, as i suppose is obvious from my lack of desert knowledge... No i am a wanderer actually just trying to know more about what is going on here and perhaps seeing if i can help.... Though i suppose if you are with the lords, you'll try to kill me now, perhaps that was unwise.... but then again, i presumed the lords men would move in larger numbers and not call themselves tribes people." Tzel spoke all this in a whisper-like tone as he was actively following a thought train while verbalizing it. "If i am right you don't have to say anything, I'll just stick with you if you don't mind. This is all so very exciting." Tzel's hunger for adventure was taking his mind and imagination with him as he followed this man who, for all he really knew, was a simple messenger, but he sincerely hoped he was right and that he really was getting himself involved in some real action. His signature giant grin was spread across his ace as he followed along trying to read the reactions of the desert man, and hoping he hadn't just gotten himself in a bit of trouble with the other person. |

Markis continued walking through the tirade of questions, until Tzel guessed, and very rightly so, what the business that he was on was all about. He stopped dead when Tzel mentioned it, and his hand flashed up and out with one of his daggers. He held it easily a safe distance from the other man, but not so far as to not be threatening. Tzel had explained of course how he wasn't a spy, but what spy wouldn't deny it? "What do you know? Why should I not kill you right here?" Markis growls at the other man. Of course he couldn't know anything. How would news leave the desert? Well, of course some might get out by way of merchants and such, but they couldn't know everything could they? Enough to hurt his tribe and their ideas of uniting the rebellion? Enough to help his tribe and those ideas? Markis lowers the dagger before Tzel has time to respond and returns it to his sash. "I'm sorry. Let us rest, we must stop frequently if you are to make the journey. Tell me what you know." |

At the sight of the dagger Tzel's hand had immediately gone to his side taking hold of the sheet of paper in his hands as if he had intended to use it to protect himself against the blade. When it was lowered his ears remained tilted back slightly and his tails showing his tension for a few lingering moments before swaying uneasily as the man apolagised. " I don't know much more than anyone else who listens to bards and merchants and other travelers tell theer tales of adventure. If you know where to go you can hear stories from all over the world." Tzel stated with a tone that contained both a mysterious and an ominous note. "The ones i hear tell that the king of these desert lands is trying to force his dominion on the tribes outside of his cities, and that some tribes will not give up their freedom so swiftly. Some tell of a captured princess and the reward for her return as well as the escalation in underlying conflict her kidnapping has lead to." Tzel stated his green eyes staying on the eyes of the other man. Tzel waited a little longer , still clearly wary from the man's spontaneous actions, before finally turning away for a moment because of the sun. Tzel pulled the large sheathed object that looked similar to a sword, slowly from it's place and unsheathed the ream of paper. Taking a large section he then drew a knife slowly and cut the paper free before sheathing the ream again. Carefully he folded and cut in a few places, the paper when he had finished he had freated something that strongly resembled the opened head of a paper umbrela and he placed this on the end of the sheath carefully and held it up so that he now had a makeshift parasol of sorts to kep the sun from beating down on him. He looked to Markis again and questioned, "See any reason to kill me yet?" |

Marckis nearly laughs at the odd contraption that Tzel has created. The shade it created over the small man was only slightly less bright than the rest of the day, thin material such as that wouldn't stop the suns mighty rays completely. "That's the heart of it." Marckis wondered at how that much news could leave the desert. He supposed merchants had loose enough tongues, but never having dealt with one himself he was unfamiliar. With a tiny shrug he sets off again, waving to Tzel to follow. "Keep drinking water steadily. But don't waste it. It's the only way we'll make it in time." |

Tzel nodded at the advice and continued to grin to the other man, "Make it on time? Make it where? What is the deadline? Who are we meeting? What's going to happen?"Tzel paused only for a second as a possible answer formed in his brain and caused him to gasp excitedly beforeinquiring with much excitement "Are we going to save the princess!?" Tzel could not stop the outflow of questions as his curiosity was piqued. He realized how he must have sounded and his face flushed slightly. He distracted himself to regain his composure by taking the advice and drinking a bit of water. He then looked to the man and spoke further. "My apologies, I have never been involved in anything like this before, until today, this kind of thing is really only something i have heard stories about, to actually be part of it...." he had to stop and calm himself again ..."Needless to say i am rather excited." Tzel looked away a little embarrassed by his own childishness, but not too embarrassed and then realized that getting all excited like this, an dperhaps the entire night's travel, had made him hungry. Reaching into his bag he produved a single green apple which he then sliced in half with a knife he produced in similar manner and then stowed away. Holding one half of the apple in his mouth, Tzel offered the other half to Markis. "Hungry?" he asked aroun dthe apple held in his jaw. He waited for the mnan to accept before he would have a free hand to hold the apple half, held by his teeth currently, properly so that he could begin eating. |

Markis denied the apple, "We're going to meet with a tribe other than mine, to see if they would be interested in banding with my own. As of now, the tribes all act independently to fight the king. My chief has decided it would be more efficient if we worked together. I agree, and have been sent to inquire after a short alliance. After, if you are still with me, we will be travelling to the city. But not to save the princess. We'll be attempting to contact the rebels. The princess is not my problem, though I'm sure something will be done eventually." He continued a steady pace while speaking, stopping only once to take a short swallow of water. This strange man following him was more like a child. Someone like this did not belong in the desert, and without his protection would hardly last long at all. He wondered what the other tribe's reaction would be when an outsider came with him. Most desert tribes didn't take well to other tribesmen, let alone people of other lands. It would be an interesting evening. |

Tzel shrugged when Markis denied the apple and instead maneuvered it in his hand so that when he took the one that had been clamped in his jaw, it was positioned so that the two halves were held together as if it were hole again, from there he proceeded to take a bite and listen to the desert man as he spoke. When Markis was done speaking Tzel thought for a bit before finally speaking again, being sure to swallow his bite of apple first. "Hummm, so you are not just a single man on an isolated mission, you are chosen to address the whole problem as opposed to one issue within it. Tis a much wiser course of action...well knowing you aren't just some free roaming renegade out to save a kidnapped princess makes you more rational, but it does not make it any less exciting, albeit tragic. Wars are such sad business, the unnecessary death and so many sorrows that occur during them.... still i suppose violence is the only language the mohgul's understand at this point...." Tzel was much more serious now that he had taken a few moments to calm himself down and now that he learned he was not with some random man of action; but instead an appointed warrior with a greater mission. "So what kind of people are the tribe we are headed for now, i am sure me being an outsider not only to the tribe but to the desert itself wont make your task any easier; but i'd like to help however i can. Including, if it is possible and you do not mind, going all the way to the city to help against the mohgul. I am not without my own talents, and who knows, perhaps my foreign ways will be of much greater use here.... do you want me to demonstrate some of what i am capable of?" Tzel was business now, he wanted to show he was serious about helping and not just a blundering traveler who would get in the way or run at the first sign of trouble. He knew he had a greater mission of his own to follow through; but perhaps his experieces here would help him with that mission, presuming that it didn't take too long.... He had no idea when his time of his personal quest would run out, but perhaps the conflicts arising in The desert would make uneasy the plotters in his home land. |

Markis smiled at the smaller mans view of war. It is a sad smile, one often reserved for children when they're being innocently naive. "War is life here in the desert. It is an honor to fight, and honor to die. We live by the sword and the spear. Most of the tribes aren't friendly to other tribes, and we must do what we can to defend ourselves. I am the second warrior in my tribe, only second to the chiefs son. And he is an arrogant boy, little more than a child. I could beat him, but would not dishonor his family so. Second is good enough for now, most of the tribe knows I am the best anyway." He spoke in a very matter-of-fact sort of way. Not boasting or braggined about anything, merely stating the facts. "The next time we rest, if you wish to show me your.... talents I will pay attention. Don't think you're going to be anymore accepted just because you can handle a knife though. I'm generally not friendly to strangers, but there is no honor in harming a defenseless man. Other tribes do not see things as I do, so you must be careful." |

Tzel was not pleased with the look he had been given. Like he was some sad foolish child with no knowledge of the world. He listened as Markis explained the politics of his own village to Tzel and was once again thankful of the kind of home he had left. "War is life is a contradiction in terms." Tzel stated flatly and was silent after that save for the occasional sharp sound of him biting into his apple as he walked beside Markis in silence until he had finished eating his food. Once the apple was gone he washed it down with a small swig from his won water skin and then continued on in silence for a bit. "Then i suppose i am glad i ran into you and not them." Tzel stated the deafening silence finally too much for him he chose to peak as if he had said nothing yet. "I don't mean to show you my abilities so that i will be accepted by them, just that you will know what i have to offer so i can help." Tzel explained as he kept moving. His feet feeling that the sand was getting warmer as the sun was apparently getting higher and starting to heat the ground on which they walked. |

((Tzel, I apologize for the long delay.)) Markis smiled at the smaller man. "War IS life. If you can show me what you know, and what you can do, while we walk, I'd be grateful. I wish to meet with the tribe before nightfalls again. It is imperative that we not lag behind schedule." He felt the need to hurry, Markis did. If he got to the tribe after too much time had passed the anger of the kidnapping would be less. The likelihood of them seeing things his way would be less. And the chance of him succeeding in allying the tribes against the tyrannical king would be gone. |

((Sorry for the EXTRA LONG delay)) Tsle disagreed with the desert man, but clearly that was not the way of things. It seemed that in this harsh place, the people were harsher. They developed a calloused warring life to match their surroundings. Tzel was rather fascinated by this and as he listened further he nodded in understanding of the other when a demonstration of his power was requested. The blue fire flashed at his fingertips and then electricity seemed to spark between them as Tzel wove his illusions. They were small static sparks at first but grew and grew until much more visible bolts were passing betwixt his hands. Thrusting them forwards in a sudden thrust, the lightning shot to the end of his hand and there was a large poof of smoke all around him. Tzel appeared on the other side of Markis having used the sudden cover to conceal him as he vaulted the other and there he had a section of paper and a knife in his other hand. The paper flashed with blue fire for a moment and although it didn't look changed, the paper was now reinforced and ready to be used as a weapon. |

The hooded traveler trodded the sands, and unlike the place where he grew up, it was starkly different; the sands were in no way myriad, and it seemed that even as he plodded on, he was getting nowhere. Ihrim sighed, his hair trailed about from the sides of the cloak, hiding his telltale ears, and his glasses took care of his telltale eyes. This was the land his father lived in... perhaps it wasn't as bad as he was finding it... perhaps he was just feeling... like... a foreigner. A foreigner amongst these sands. Why had he even thought of wandering about here, anyway? Tribes. His father was a part of one of them, at least that was what his mother told him, his mother who looked so different, so lithe and dark and sometimes, even scary, those glinting yellow eyes that were so hard to shake off. Even when she was dead, the aura she instilled seemed indelible, and he sometimes wondered how she was doing, where she was now... whatever came after death. He muttered a prayer to himself, his blacktouched hands clasped and partly hidden under sleeves... he wondered if he could still find a person who knew his father, who knew the name of Thetide. He walked on, making little marks on the desert, which an erstwhile breeze would erase so soon. No one would know if he had passed this way... the heat seemed to only get hotter, and he wondered if he should shed his outer garment, there didn't seem to be anybody around here. Scratch that... there seemed to be two men walking at the distance, one which had the qualities of a fox, and another who was dark-skinned... a frequenter of the desert. His tan... at least the bit that showed out of the clothes, the hands, and the rim of the toes of the feet... was a weird mix of ashen black and the brown skin of the desert men. And he lived in a forest. He really was a weird mix. He hollered, his voice calling out to the two who were ahead of him. "Excuse me! Where do I go to find... the tribes?" Come to think of it, he didn't even know about all the tribes, what their names are... |

Instantly Markis spun to see where the new voice was coming from. His hand shot to his swords hilt and he covered his eyes from the glare of the sun with his other. He couldn't tell if the newcomer offered any threat from this distance, and jogged slowly towards him, hand holding warily on the hilt of his sword, as he drew near he slowed to a walk, "Who are you, why do you seek the tribes? And which is that you seek?" Markis was growing tired of strangers in his desert. These were not the welcome strangers from tribes seldom met, but strangers that were questionable in nature. He might soon lose his patience and not be so slow with his sword. But this man looked harmless enough, from what Markis could see, still one could never be too wary. |

Tzel's ear twitched once the moment before the other's voice spoke out. When it did Tzel whirled around swiftly and already had weapons at the ready to ward off potential attack because he had been displaying them to Markis. He swished his tails suspiciously as he thought of the bizarre question as his companion answered before he could. The tribes, they way he spoke he sounded lie he was looking for a large town not individual groups of warring nomadic people... It's like he's more naive than I am. Tzel couldn't help but smirk at the thought before his imagination went further than his reason. OR he could be a monster pretending to be a foolish lost traveler to try to get the best of us! He thought in alarm. The knife in Tzel's left hand straightened it's angle towards the newcomer while his right that held the paper released the magic upon it as he quickly, with one hand, folded it into the shape of a throwing star, without looking. the small burst of blue flame flashed about it again signifying it was ready. "That is a bit of a silly question to ask out here... even I know that." Stated Tzel not trying to sound insulting as much as simply stating fact. |
