| Welcome to Elenlond, an original medieval fantasy forum! We're always looking for new, dedicated members. Elenlond is composed of two continents: Soare and Esiria. Esiria, a land now isolated due to the efforts of the last remaining Goddess, is inaccessible to all beings and lies in the east. Soare, a continent in the west, is composed of three distinct nations: Ashoka, Soto, and Morrim. Lying between the two major continents are the Scattered Isles. Since the dissolution of the pantheon and the fall of the gods, these countries have existed in relative peace and prosperity. But how long will that peace last? Alright, my question. I know that all RP sites have different rules. Some will allow you to RP in several different places at once with the same character, others will only allow you to be in one place at a time with a character, and to get somewhere else, you must leave your current location. What are the rules on that here? |

As far as I know, your character can be wherever they want whenever they want, and being several places at once is perfectly legal. Since our RPs can last a long time, it would be really boring to stay in one place just waiting for someone else to reply. |

*Motions to Siggy for proof* Before, when we were only allowed one character across us, I had more than seven Rps with Shadow (whom is my main, main, main character). It's perfectly fine with everyone here, especially me, because I personally can't stand it when one is limited. As long as you can fit your events into a timeline of sorts, or you can find some way to integrate them, nobody will hurt you. But remember: calculate what events would come before and after, because they will affect your other Rps. An example of this would be a battle with your chararcter in which she is severely wounded. The rp isn't over, but you start another one somewhere else. I would think that she would still have the inflictions to her body, but if it is something that you would rather have before, make sure events from the 'future' don't leak through. Wow... I don't think that made any sense whatsoever. It's too early in the morning here to make sense @.@ In short: yes. |
