Hey Folks, Firstly thank you for your time. I am desperately after the african music that was played on the following episodes of ER: Kisangani, The Lost, and Makemba. ( season 9 finale, and season 10 - second episode, and Makemba) The music contains in it singing though I cannot tell whether it is a male or female, i think male, there are drums, with flute also. It is the most common recurring music in these episodes. It may be Youssou N'Dour but I can't confirm this yet or be sure. I have looked all over countless er sites and posted questions in many er forums. This African music is not by Jamshied Sharifi - it is different . The music by Jamshied which was played in the Kisingani episode I have already sourced. There must be some name or reference to this music somewhere - artist name or album title etc, It was to me incredibibly moving music. I would love to be able to purchase this music. Does anyone know of the details of this music? If not, who should I email in the ER show production hierarchy who might be able to help me with this query? John Wells is the writer of the episodes I have mentioned, but would you be able to email him, and actually reach him? I have tried to find contact details but it appears impossible. In fact when I tried to email NBC - all I got was a sorry but we cannot reply to every email we recieve response. This music is to me truly beautiful. Any help would be immensely appreciated!! Someone must know the music I am talking about. I have looked through FAQs on nearly every ER site, and have tried ER Headquarters as well - no luck. Since the music coinceded with very moving and important scenes in the above mentioned episodes - I would have thought that access to this music would be possible somehow. I would love to purchase the music! Please, any help with this would be immensely appreciated!! Thank you |

I'm afraid I can't help with the actual songs, but you can look the music up here. The site isn't updated anymore, but they do have a list of the music played in seasons 1-12. Hope it helps!

Ned: I hate secrets too. Chuck: What? You love secrets. You want to marry secrets and have little half-secret, half-human babies. *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Abby [to Luka]: Do you know that I love you more than I could ever explain? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Dr. House: HEY WILSON! I'M GOING TO CUT A CRIPPLE'S EYE OUT! WANNA WATCH?! (Wilson opens his door and looks at Cuddy and House) Dr. Wilson: Good Times. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ | |
