Time slowed for a second and went back again. Darn it all, that still happens, LaTerry thought to himself. Whenever he was suprised, his power would turn on. He supposed that it would come in handy some day, but for now it was just annoying. LaTerry turned with an apologetic look on his face. He hadn't wanted to disturb her. "I don't know where every book is located but I could point you in the direction of the subject. You're LaTerry right? That's your last name isn't it?" she said. "Thanks, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for until I've found it usually. Uh, yes and yes." LaTerry was a man of few words and that had been quite the mouthful for him. He feared that it would get awkward if he didn't say something other than that though. "I'm sorry if I've disturbed you, I can leave if you like." That was a safe enough responce.
