To touch the light I see in your eyes...
|
I've had to edit several posts now in the general forum where ACC spoilers are revealed in order to see that spoilers are not left unmarked. We do not have spoiler tags here. Here's some different ways to mark spoilers: ==== OPTION 1: Use yellow font along with a SPOILER heading, like this: ACC SPOILER Here you can talk all you want about stuff that happened in the movie, or things revealed in the new and revised novella's. Many people have been visiting the ACC Spoiler Forum, but let's respect anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled before they've seen it for themselves. END SPOILER ==== OPTION 2: Use a quote with white text, like this:
That code results in this:
==== OPTION 3: Use the color pink for font along with a SPOILER heading. The color pink's not in the list, but if you type in pink as the color, it'll come out pink. Like this: ACC SPOILER Here you can talk all you want about stuff that happened in the movie, or things revealed in the new and revised novella's. Many people have been visiting the ACC Spoiler Forum, but let's respect anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled before they've seen it for themselves. END SPOILER ==== Please be aware that we also consider information revealed in the new and revised novella's to be spoilers at this point. Also be careful about using ACC screenshots or quotes in your sigs. Thank you! |

Just to add, here's another method of marking spoilers for those who can see yellow a bit easier than others, especially on the Add Reply page where it's much easier to read. Type in the quote code and make the text white, like this:
That code results in this:

Another good way, CG! Thanks! I'll add it to the first post. ![]() For another, you can always use the color pink. It's not in the list, but if you just type in pink as the color, it'll come out as pink. END SPOILER It's also not easily viewable when you Add Reply. |

The best shade of pink to use in this forum I think is this one: Spoiler: click to toggle |

If that one doesn't work try this: <script>ubb_tag("Spoiler","spoiler","spoiler","<div id='QUOTE'><a href='java script:;' onclick='this.parentNode.getElementsByTagName(\"div\")[0].style.display=\"\";'><b><center><% VAR %></center></b></a><div style='display:none;'><hr><% INNER %><a href='java script:;' onclick='this.parentNode.style.display=\"none\";'><br><hr><b><center>Hide Spoiler</center></b></a></div></div>",1,"Hide some text||Type the text you want to be hidden||Enter the spoiler link text");</script> |

I'm sorry I have no idea. I guess invision free doesn't have custom BB code. Let me figure this out. Yeah I'll have to ask someone because I have no idea. It's been too long since I used invision free. |

okay I got it, you need to add this <script src="http://i1.ifrm.com/6877/58/upload/p1640564.ibf"></script> at the beginning of the footer then add the script: <script>ubb_tag("Spoiler","spoiler","spoiler","<div id='QUOTE'><a href='javascript:;' onclick='this.parentNode.getElementsByTagName(\"div\")[0].style.display=\"\";'><b><center><% VAR %></center></b></a><div style='display:none;'><hr><% INNER %><a href='javascript:;' onclick='this.parentNode.style.display=\"none\";'><br><hr><b><center>Hide Spoiler</center></b></a></div></div>",1,"Hide some text||Type the text you want to be hidden||Enter the spoiler link text");</script> [spoiler=accspoiler]test[/spoiler] Hey it works! Now add youtube <script> ubb_tag('Youtube','youtube','youtube','<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/<% INNER %>"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/<% INNER %>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> ',0,'Embed a youtube video into the post||Insert The Youtube Video ID For Example nDQnpQqJleE'); </script> or you know... not...

Okay, there's a spoiler tag! ![]() [spoiler=Huh?]Okay, it works![/spoiler] It asks for a "spoiler link". That's what says "Huh?" :lol: Ewww.... so you're supposed to click on that in order to see it? Can we have it without the link? |
