From wikipedia:

Quote:

A Dhampir (also dhampire, dhamphir or dhampyr) in Balkan folklore and in vampire fiction is the child of a vampire father and a human mother, with vampire powers but none of the weaknesses

But these vampires pretty much had no weaknesses to begin with, so what does that make Nessie?

...I can sympathize with Bella when she found out Jacob's nickname for her kid now. *shakes head*

A product of horribly written 11 year old caliber fanfiction.

And what the crap is up with that name? ROFLNESSIE.

DAMN RENEESME. WTF WAS UP WITH THAT??? Who gives their child that kind of retarded name, honestly?????

Stupid half human half vampire baby.

I loathe Nessie. *sets her on fire* She is seriously the ultimate Mary Sue. Makes me sick.

CG, you should make an anti Nessie graphic of some sort.

Since we're on the topic of Breaking Dawn...

Did anyone feel that it was drug out and left to dry? I got to chapter 25 and stopped. I thought that her getting a cottage/house/thing for her birthday was a GREAT place to stop.

I still can't believe that I made it that far.... Shoot me...

I've heard that A LOT of fans are upset with the book and SM. *nodnod* I found the same comment you made in the link Amathala gave. I'm not sure if it was the same section, but she was like "Now, this would be a great place the stop the story. WHAT, THIRTY MORE CHAPTERS?!"

Well, that was the gist of it, anyway. :P

*arranges the firing squad*

And thank you, CG, for giving me the true answer to my question.

Oh, and here was the thing I found funniest: I was ranting about what I learned about how Nessie (sporfle) almost killed Bella to my mother, and by the point I got to Nessie BREAKING HER SPINE my mom asked, "Is this from a fanfiction?"

To which I replied, "No, this is THE LAST BOOK IN THE TWILIGHT SERIES."

"Oh, god."

:lmao: I love your mom.

I can't talk about it with anyone around here because everyone has Twilight stuck up their asses. I just don't see what's so great about it.

My mom's never read the books. I'm tempted to have her read them, just to see her reaction.

Kinda like how I still want to read Breaking Dawn, but mostly now just so I can laugh at it. :P

I just stopped reading it. I got to chapter 25 and just stopped. I thought her getting a house and them making sandwitches for the umpteenth time was good enough.

After reading about how horrible it is, I'm infuriated that people around here won't let me get a word in edgewise during their TWILIGHTFANZ conversations. D:

It makes me sick that people love these crapthings so much. ;;

I just don't see what's so great about it. Yes, maybe some people can relate to Bella (before she meets Edward), I know I could because all my life during school, I've felt like the outcast, so I could relate with her that far. After that, it's like 'ZOMG EDWARD!" and it went to shit creek.

Seriously, who in real life do you know marries their first love?
