That's what I always found really funny about this article. The fact that it says under both scenes that they both can be changable means that there is no proper official scene.

But when the Lifestream stated that the date scene could be changed by the players depending on how they played the game that it shouldn't be considered canon. But then after that they declared to say that the high affection Highwind scene was the canon one when at the same time its like the date scene because it can be changed depending on the player's actions. Contridicting themselves is never the easy way to try and prove something.

You can say that again.

So then... by their own double standard, they announced Clourith canon when they supposedly announced Cloti canon.

That can't be possible.

I see it more as saying that their claims about the HW scene having a canon version are false because they stated that optional scenes can't have an official (canon) version. And the HW scene is optional.

Funny thing is - we've been saying all along that the statement about the HW scene having optional versions is proof that there is no canon version of the HW scene, and they've been saying we're wrong about that. Then they turn around and use the same reason as evidence against us. :lmao:

So... it's before Case of Lifestream, eh?

Yes. CoL was released in 2009.

Oh, I know, lol. I was just messin' around. I was jus' pointin' out that if they think the showing of an optional scene on that page declares Cloti canon then it also declares Clourith canon as well. Therefor puttin' a stump in their "win". :P

Oh no, someone misunderstood that phrase of mine I mentioned above (I just read the first page where someone thought it would have sounded like an insult) :D Of course I meant it that Cloud could have said to Aerith "yeah, yeah...you have your mom, you're not alone" but he didn't because HE is there for HER  He couldn't even thought of saying that to her but when Tifa was telling she is alone he agreed that they both are

Btw, in Cosmo Canyon do you have to talk to all the group members before talking to Red XIII? I've never tried. I've always talked to everyone. I mean, Cloud's lovely phrase could be optional as well if you just ignore Aerith and start talking to Red XIII?

Cold..... But I'm still here.
It's been a while for me but I think the sequence of events that must happen is that you talk to Aeris first, then you talk to Red XIII. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I recall it being.

HM... now that you've said that, I'm lost lol!
I always go talk to RED and then Tifa and then Aerith (cause I wanna sit next to her LOL) but still, I dont know if this counts, but even if you dont talk to Aerith, but IF YOU DO, He still does say; "But I'm.... We're Here For You." :D
