Because I'm obsessive and don't give up until I have a nice little collection of Cissnei art. But mostly because I'm obsessive. 
I think that girl is Kaldea, that our Kaldea got her name from. I'm not positive though. She will be really happy to see that art! Aww, Navi WW!! Cute!!
