That fanart is from Kera-Ma-Go, which is just about my favourite fanart site at the moment, due to an abundance of Cloud/Aerith and Balthier/Fran arts. There's also gorgeous fanart of Aerith alone. (Actually, the art in your avatar and sig are is from that site.) Aerith actually has a lot more to say for herself (ahaha, I love her so much more now) and most of the lines between them are slightly different. And yes, the whole game has been retranslated.
