Anyway, Omega Weapon had at least over 700,000 and up HP....Which kind of made the battle very diffcult. But as the guide stated, it wasnt like you were going to win anything or "unlock new ablilities". It was simply a challenge to test your skill. I browsed around and saw that a few FF players were calling Omega Weapon a "f***head" because he was too difficult to beat! laugh.gif 9Should have never fought him in the first pla

I just use Selphie's The End. 0.o; I didn't know people had a problem with that...

Most annoying monster? Definitely the "Touch Me," the frogs from FFVII. The battles basically played out like this:

*AMBUSH!*
Frogs: *all use Frog Song*
Characters: *all fall asleep as frogs*
Frogs: *keep using Frog Song*
Me: *waits for Frog Jab* C'MON YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO.
Characters: *finally wake up*
Me: YES! *uses Maiden's Kiss*
Frogs: *all use Frog Song*

Rinse and repeat. @_@

Haha..thats true too. So Touch Me's are added to teh list. But wasnt there an accessory to protect against Frog/Small or something like that instead of a Maiden's Kiss?

I found two more creatures rather annoying:

One Disc 1 towards the end, you're in the Temple of the Ancients. And sometime later you encounter these weird creatures that look like they have a gazillion eyes called "8-Eyes". They would use their drain attack and takes so much out of you so many times. But luckily you should've had Aeris "Great Gospel" Limit Break then.

Then in Disc 3, you're in the Crater going down taking the right path(from the fork in the path) towards your destination. Then when you fight you see a weird..I think it was an 8-armed or 4-armed creature (crap! Cant remember the name for the life of me!). I dont remember what it was but it kept attacking simmutaneously with an Added Effect of Poison and he had a "Pandora's Box" Enemy Skill.

Anyone of you knew what that was?

You just reminded me of Demon's Gate...or Wall or something like that! Just a big face and arms sticking out the wall and it had 10000 hp. It was the hardest thing on Disc 1 to me. Why was it annoying? Because I had to start the game again because there was no way out of there to train my party, they were all too weak. Having Aeris in my team then was a large downfall because I never used her, so she was fairly weak. I also never had Vincent, so that made matters worse! Aaaaaaahhhh painful memories.

Annoying... In FFX when you enter a battle, their are those stupid flying bats with 1 big eye... god i hate them. They get a free hit off me, and more than likely poison or confuse me... god thats annoying.

Or, in FFX-2 where you have to fight the ghost of Lady Yunalesca.... she was so hard i couldn't beat her...

Its the Demon's Gate alright. The boss was tough, aminly because of its physical attacks. But it was the stone attacks that got me!
 But it couldnt have been all that bad. If you had Aeris Great Gospel, that should have help. Along with the "Time" and "Barrier" Materia.

The only way I trained my team was to fight the same monsters repeatedly (Go to the clock room in the Temple of the Ancients and fall off tthe clock)...But I get what you're saying...
And thats another one on the list!

Yeah, the first time I played the game, I had some trouble with Demon's Gate. It took me two tries, but he was a very, very hard boss. The second time I played the game, I beat him pretty easily. But only because I had trained my characters to no end, and got Great Gospel for Aerith. Great Gospel was a MAJOR help.

Not to get off topic but I just wanted to say.....Hooray for Aeris :aeris: and teh Great Gospel  ^-^.

The good thing about thing was that it works just like a Megalixir. But you can use it as many times as you want.

back on topic:
You know when Aeris died and Sephiroth had left the team to fight Jenova..uhh...what was it....:headbang:.....Jenova Something!!! Whatever!<-<
Did anyone find her rather annoying or ANY of the Jenova fights? My friends thought they were all too easy...

Yep, there was an accessory, but I preferred equipping things which boosted stats. XD;

Great Gospel was great! Not only does it work like a Megaelixir like you said, but it also makes you temporarily invincible!

There were three forms of JENOVA, right? The last one you fight before Sephiroth I thought was way too easy for one of the final battles of the game. The one after Aerith's death... I don't know how hard she is. Because when you enter the City of the Ancients, there's a chest or somthing with an accessory in it called "Water Ring." It nullifies all water attacks, and the JENOVA after Aerith's death uses nothing but water attacks. So I always just put that on Cloud, and it's basically an automatic win.

Actually Sadhana there were four:
Jenova-Birth, the one you faced on the Shinra boat first (Disc 1).
Jenova-Life, the second one you faced after Aerith had died and Sephiroth left (End of Disc 1).
Jenova-Death, the one you fought after Sephiroth left you in the Crater on Disc 2.
and
Jenova-Synthesis, the one you face right before you get ready to encounter Safer/Bizarro Sephiroth. (Disc 3)

Thats was basically the strategy to defeating Jenova-Life, so it wasnt that bad. Jenova Synthesis annoyed me because of her final countdown and the outcome of the battle. Jenova had used an Ultima attack which had pretty much messed up my team, so I had a hard time against that. (And when ruby Weapon kicked my ass with that too!)
And If your team ended up coming out like mince meat or beaten down, the Bizarro/Safer Sephiroth fight weren't going to be easy on you.

What do you think? :/

Oh, my bad. I forgot about JENOVA-Death. *hasn't played that part of the game in years*

I didn't have trouble with JENOVA-Synthesis. Call me a cheater, but I used the glitch in the game with W-Item to get unlimited Megaelixirs. :giggle: I almost never had to use them since I could almost always kill JENOVA-Synthesis before she did Ultima. And her regular attacks were cut by a lot with just Wall. Once I went back years after beating the game and leveled my characters up immensely, none of the last three bosses ever gave me trouble.
