Shoo...the HAWTNESS! :lust:

I must have been blind because, until this very minute, I never really thought Vincent was droolworthy or anything...

Wow! Great scan, Vin looks totally awesome as Chaos! Not so much a monster as he thought he was. I wonder what's up with the glowie thing where his heart is.

That is pretty awesome, but I actually prefer the original design of Chaos, which resembled a demon. -_-

I like that we see traces of Vincent in his Limit Break forms, brings images of torturous-hybrid-transformations to mind. Now I'm hoping we get to see the rest of the redesigned Limit Breaks!

Although for some reason, I blink, and sometimes I think I'm seeing Sora in his Halloween outfit. The pose is a tad similar...

Yes, but there was even less of Vincent in the Galian Beast form. It doesn't make sense that Vincent's Ultimate Limit Break resembles him even more. In fact, he should become less human with each Limit Break level. I don't know, I just don't like it.

Hmm, I can sorta see how he becomes more human-like at each higher level...

I hate to use Dragonball as an example  but it's the only one I can think of now. The villain, Friza goes through several transformations throughout the arc. The initial transformation is of a large, hulking body. The final and most powerful transformation had more human-like limbs and proportions.

It's the idea that Big + Monstrous < Small + Human-like.

The same could be said of Galian Beast to Chaos. From an all-out monster, the forms slowly gain more human-like features until it reaches Chaos, a man with wings.

That's... interesting.

I have to agree with FFG, though. I don't like the new Chaos.

Maybe I'll warm up to him in the gameplay itself... but this is my first impression.

Searching for my light.
I hated the old one, I thought he be something so kewl, but I was disappointed, this is what I was hoping for something like this. Galian Beast was good in the game and now it's even better. Plus Chaos's attacks in the game were so dull and boring there was nothing to it. But this major improvent puts a huge smile on my face :woot:

It still doesn't make sense to me, because, when you teach Vincent his Chaos Limit Break in FFVII, he says "I am becoming less human." :ermm:

I don't like the fact you can see his face...to me it makes it look cheesy, vinny looks like a cosplayer...or AT LEAST distort his face >.<
Pretty boy in a outfit is all I see.

Well I'M going to defend it.

Vincent doesn't have to look completely twisted and ugly to be a monster. It is all inside of him that counts. When he takes on his Chaos form, he "feels" inhuman. It's the changes in him that matter. Not what he looks like.

I personally LOVE this form of Chaos. The last one was ugly and honestly, it looked like any other monster design that some kid could have came up with. This design is much more unique and more "Vincent-ish". Chaos needs to look like it is Vincent's own form and not just a random demon. He needs a "signature" look, and I think they did it perfectly here. Chaos needs to look like a demonic form of Vincent and they achieved that goal with the new Chaos. Again, Vincent doesn't need to look like a deformed, non-human creature to feel like one.
