I am and it's not making any since I know how to do everything else, but when it comes to create a new layer and change the color to yellow or something my image doesn't change

hahaha its a pretty screwed up broadway thingy version of seaseme (sp?) street. Its really good though. Hahahahaha. Okay, on the last day of last semester, I was talking to some friends when I overheard some seniors mentioning hairstyles and Cloud’s name. Curious, I join in and couldn’t help but laugh at the logic. Basically, a senior, Ryan, made up a theory on how Cloud got Zack’s memories. Shinra Corp was manufacturing hair gels both Cloud and Zack used before they realise, in Ryan’s own words, wait a minute...this isn’t killing the Planet! So they stop making them. Me: Basically, Cloud went “F*** YOU, SHINRA!” and leaves? Ryan: Yep! So Cloud got the very last bottle...however, Zack’s soul possessed the hair gel bottle and that’s how Cloud got the messed up memories. During the game, the gel wore off...until the one-on-one fight with Sephiroth in the end. Ryan: How else does Cloud know Omnislash!?
