The only thing I've seen John Travolta in is Hairspray. Gosh, I love that movie. I started to watch Grease once, but my dad doesn't like it that much, so we had to stop. xD |

John Travolta for me will always be his role in Grease since I was obsessed with that movie for all my childhood. XD Also his partnership with Samuel Jackson (  ) in Pulp Fiction--Samuel Jackson is friggin' HYSTERICAL. (There are no muthafudgin' snakes on this muthafudgin' PLANE) Anyway, I'd love to see Hairspray! A lot of media was going on and on about it as a phenomena before it came out. Has anybody seen it yet? Was it good 'n everything?

I've never seen Hairspray myself, but I haven't heard good things about it. I heard that the critics didn't like it. Maybe I was misinformed? I want to see Enchanted- it looks like its going to be such a cute movie.

Grease is a classic that I'll never get tired of, especially the songs. Haven't seen the new Hairspray yet. But I remember singing some of the songs from that musical for voice recital several years ago.
Yeah. It's Disney but it's poking fun at the musical fairy tales, etc. I'd like to watch it too. Haha. By the way, have you guys seen the photos of celebrities dressed up as storybook/fairytale characters? Something like this: Beyonce as Alice from "Alice in Wonderland" Rachel Weiss as Snow White Scarlett Johansson |

Apparently they are real. I found them in one of my friends' blog entries in Multiply.com. According to her, the photos were released around August or September to serve as promotional ads for the "Year of Million Dreams" of Disney World. The photographer is Annie Liebovitz. There are more photos like David Beckham as Prince Phillip (from Sleeping Beauty) and Julie Andrews as the Blue Fairy. |

Whoa, the Scarlet Johansson piece is awesome! Thanks for the link, Tifa L., I had no idea Disney'd gotten celebs to pose as their characters (Beyonce as Alice is hilarious XD).

Oh wow, those are beautiful pictures!!! I don't know if I agree with the choice of Beyonce for Alice, but oh well, it's still a cute pic. I did a little serching and found the images of the King Arthur, Blue Fairy, and Prince Phillip for you guys. ![]() King Fairy Prince As far as I can tell, these are the only photos taken, but I would die of happiness if they did more. What about a Sleeping Beauty one? Or Pocahontas? Beauty and the Beast? That would be beyond awesome! And maybe throw in some of the villians like Captain Hook or Malificent! I've heard Enchanted is really good though, and cute, so I'm looking forward to seeing it. I'm such a Disney freak. I've been slipping back into my LotR obsession. I am creating a Legolas album filled with fanart, and then I'm going to make one for Aragorn and Arwen. I'm so insane, lol.

Oh there you go! The rest of the pictures. I hope there's a Princess Jasmine (she's obviously my favorite :P). John Travolta + dancing = amusement. :) For me, Disney is something you can cherish for the rest of your life once you watch one of their classic creations. It simply brings out the child in me again and again.
What happened? :o |

Oh, a Princess Jasmine one would be so neat! I love her too! *squee*
So true. And who doesn't need their inner child brought out from time to time? ![]()
*SPOILERS FOR LAW AND ORDER SVU* DivineRose is right- Olivia and Elliot's wife Kathy got into a car crash when Olivia was taking her to a doctor's appointment. The other car hit on Kathy's side and she got hurt pretty bad, but Olivia wasn't hurt and was able to call for help and take care of Kathy, but then she started going into labor in the car while the firefighters were trying to get her out. Olivia had to put a neckbrace on her and also get the IV in her arm (I had to look away, lol) They got her out and into the ambulance, but they were 10 minutes from the hospital and Kathy had the baby there. After it was born she started flat lining on the heart moniter thing and they went to comercial with Olivia holding the baby looking terrified. (Needless to say by this time my mom and I were both flipping out) Then Elliot comes rushing into the hospital and Kathy's in a hospital bed, holding their baby boy. After they talk for a while, Elliot comes back out to find Olivia and tells her that they're thinking of naming the baby after him. Olivia says something about how the world needs another Elliot Stabler, then he just grabs her in a hug, and you can see that she's all teary and wide eyed. It was such a great epi, but so intense! *SPOILERS END* So yes, it was a very interesting episode, lol.
Aww, I'm sorry DivineRose!!! That sucks horribly!
