To touch the light I see in your eyes...
|
She doesn't look too small for Yuffie to me. The large pic of her isn't in relation to anyone else, so you can't really see her height. In that one pic where's she's standing next to some guy, the top of her head is over his shoulder. That's approximately Yuffie's height... she was always small. Besides, who else would be holding Yuffie's Shuriken? |

You know, she doesn't look short at all. Reeve has a bigger pic so it made her look smaller.![]() And remember, if you use "Scan" when you first fight Yuffie in the random encounters she's labeled "Mystery Ninja" in FFVII? That's her, no doubt about it. |

She STILL looks very short to me, now only if we had the rest of her feet... <_<; She just doesn't look like Yuffie... Anti-R, you can't really say there's no doubt until we look under the disguise or whatever it is.
Who's to say that's Yuffie's shuriken? It could be someone else's from Wutai. It does have a pink ribbon, but that's just a weapon, that's the only thing I can see that resembles Yuffie at all... But then again, it could be because Reeve's picture is much larger, I'd just like a few more pics of that girl before I go jumping to conclusions.

Reeves pretty cute! Though I kinda prefer his blue suit to this one. And, yes, the designs look more like they came from FFX than FFVII :o . |

The fact that Yuffie is using that 4 point shuriken, instead of, say Conformer, in AC sorta convinced me that's her preferred weapon... I doubt she'd let anyone borrow it without her saying about it. |

remember though, Yuffie comes from a town where that weapon is one of the traditional weapons of her people. besides, if FF7 we saw other people use a buster sword and even another gun with a gunarm. having somebdoy else using a giant shurieken isn't too unbelivable. |

yet again, today I loved you

Well, I think the point is it has a pink ribbon on it. It's highly unlikely that people would have a pink ribbon tied on themselves/their weapons unless they had some form of contact with Aeris, not counting the fact that Squenix explicity put it within our view. And even then, who with a 4-pt. shirouken would have had contact with Aeris that affected them so much that they would indeed wear that pink ribbon. Not counting the fact that they seem to know Vincent already. Also, Zack/Dyne played very important parts in their respective counterpart's backstory, so, unless Yuffie's past is going to be developed further (which means Yuffie will have to make more then just a nominal appearance), then I doubt it. |

From the scan posted there, I'm not completley sure it is a ribbon. Looks like Kanji to me. |

Ah, I can kind of see what you mean, although I'm wondering why they would stick Kanji right in the middle of a character model. ![]() Pink Kanji at that. It has to be something though, it can't just be a natural part of the weapon or a 'pink' materia, seeing how it stands out quite a bit. ![]()

Hmm... Some people say that Yuffie is seen in this game. If they say that, then they must have recognized her. Maybe this isn't Yuffie at all and it's just some other ninja?

So do I!! Just because she's in a different suit doesn't mean its not her. Cloud and Aeris wear different outfits in KH. Same in Advent Children, and thats a sequel, too. |
