I hate going to youtube to watch an anime scene that I really liked and then seeing that about 90% of the comments are how the dub sucks and how the Japanese version is so much better. It's even worse when the dub is actually pretty good (and in some cases superior to the original.)

Yeah, I agree. They should follow the "don't like, don't watch" rule. If they dislike it so much, don't click on it.

One thing that sub fans get that I wish dub fans could get too is character songs sung by the actors. You can listen to them in Japanese and still get the overall effect, but it would be nice to hear them sung by the voices I'm more familiar with.

I understand that all of the actors might not feel comfortable singing, but I kind of wonder why all the Japanese VAs seem to be able to do it. Maybe it's part of their audition process?

But yeah, just because they can't/don't sing doesn't mean they're not good actors.

By the way, Yuri Lowenthal should be added to the list, if Shiva ever decides to update it again. He's voiced a ton of characters such as Luke (Tales of the Abyss), Yosuke (Persona 4), various voices from Dragon Age Origins, among others I can't think of off the top of my head... but he's really talented! He even speaks Japanese fluently.

Oh, I didn't realize he wasn't on the list before! He also did Suzaku in Code Geass, Yuta in Honey & Clover, and Keigo in Bleach.
