Her voice is perfect...but I can't help but wonder if it'll ever get annoying after a while. I think it really is the ideal voice for Luna, but I just hope that it doesn't become too much.

Bellatrix's voice is pretty...insane sounding. Which is a great thing for her character. You can see the beauty she once had.

*totally in the festive Harry Potter mood due to sig/ava*

Thumbs up on Luna and Bellatrix! Their voices and looks are perfect!

But...I just saw the Hermione clip :tard:
Hermione calling Ron "Ronald" in that bitchy voice, and gearing up to show her sexy, sassy, witch superpowahz...UGH. It looks like we haven't seen the last of Movie 3's pink Mary Sue. >.<
I'll just bet they'll have Emma Watson girlpower-ing all over the Department of Mysteries, instead of being over-powered like Hermione was in the book.

On a lighter note...I can't help giggling over this pic. It's just so strange to see Cho and Ginny looking like they're best girlriends who've been out shopping. :giggle:

:lmao: That's friggin awesome! I love it!
I'm having really mixed feelings about the fifth movie. After the travesty that was GoF I'm a little paranoid >.<

You didn't like Goblet of Fire? :o So far, that's been my favorite one. As a movie, I thought it was the best of the four.

Urgh, GoF just jumped from trial to trial, with little plot stringing between them, mangled the plot of the book and the characters and...just urgh.

Latest news is that both girls attended the Eragon premiere together. It would look so funny if they have indeed become close friends :giggle:

I see what you mean, but I still think it's the best of the movies thus far. It's always kind of hard to love a book so much and then watch it get turned into a movie because a movie has to take hundreds of pages and transform them into a 2-3 hour plot. So the things you could've loved about the book sometimes have to get cut out. Like the LOTR series. At first I was kind of annoyed how they changed so much stuff around, but then I realized that all the changes were what made them great movies.

For me, the same goes for GoF. It's not the best representation they could've made of the novel, but they made it into the best movie they could. What an author can do with a book, a director cannot do with a film. That's just my opinion.

I think GoF is my favourite movie too in comparison to the books. I didn't really enjoy GoF as a book, but I do like the movie so I think it's a success. The trials go on for far too long, especially the dragon task, and there's too large of a build up to the Yule Ball in the movie, which could've been used to include S.P.E.W.!

Prisoner of Azkaban is a great movie too, but only as a movie. If you compare it to the book, it seems like an empty translation.

HOMG it's a Harry Potter club! I must join! I hope that's okay!

I think that they did AMAZING with Bella's character. I don't know why but Bellatrix always stood out to be in the books, evil as she is, she's always just come across as totally awesome to me. GoF was an awesome movie and for the longest time Prisoner of Azkaban was my favorite book, but now I'm in a toss up between the books! lol I love all the books, I still sort of feel they could have done a better job in the movies, but that's just personal opinion :P

I can see your point. But I guess that's why I just think of the movies and books seperately. To me, the two of them are almost like two different universes - what happens in one does not affect the other.

You know, I never liked Bellatrix, but I just might because of the way Carter portrays her.
