Now reading Dead Girls Are Easy, which I thankfully think will catch my interest. I'm giving up on Eclipse for now. I'm just so over that saga, honestly.

Reading “The Awakening”, the first book of The Vampire Diaries. Oh sweet Lestat, it is bad. :lol: I didn’t expect it to be this bad; I read the third book first and that was actually very good and had some nice, chilling parts. The only reason I keep reading is because I know the story improves and these 2-dimensional characters do develop into likeable people later on. XD

I was considering reading that series. :lol: Not sure if I should now. I wanted a new vampire series, but I dunno if this one will be right for me. :ermm:

I just finished reading House of Many Ways for a second time. Liked it better the second time around, but still wish there was more. *sighs*

I'm almost finished with Water for Elephants, and I'm afraid of how it might end. D;

I just had a random thought- would anyone be interested in maybe doing a Book Club thing? Where a bunch of us read a book and then discuss it together? Kusari and I have had some great book conversations, and I'm thinking it would be fun if a bunch of us could do it together. ^^

I like that idea Alantie! My sister and I did it like two times and it was fun.

Aww, Alantie you are genius! ^o^

It will inspire we to read more, and I just love talking books. Hehe, you should set that up. ^^ I'll help 100%. :3

Alantie, that sounds like an awesome idea! ^_^

I'd love to participate, as long as I'm somewhat interested in the book we're reading. Because I can't promise to dedicate time if I'm gonna be bored. :lol: But I'll try!

I'm glad to hear you guys are interested! I'll go ahead and get it started in the Club section. I figure we'll decide what book we'll read by having people suggest titles and then vote.

I know what you mean, Sadhana. :lol: If the book chosen bores anyone, you won't have to finish. ^^

Borrowed Blindness by José Saramago from the library yesterday. About halfway through it, and I think it's great so far.
