We can cry over this atrocity together. Although, I was admittedly more upset three weeks ago when I first finished it, but still! So sad that it's over.Okay, what I'm reading now... Anil's Ghost by Michael Ondaatje Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck The Stand by Stephen King These are the books I'm really focusing on now. I'm actually reading about 6 other books besides these, but I've sort of put those on pause so that I can finish this list. |

Ah, good ol' Grapes of Wrath. I have nothing against that book, but it's the only book I've fallen asleep on during several occasions. Wow, and Harry Potter is really done with now? Although I love fantasy, I've never read the series...but with so much hype from fans about it, I was pretty sure it was going to be never-ending. Least, I didn't think it was going to end this soon. I completely understand how HP fans must feel though. I absolutely hate it when a good book ends. *gets too attached to characters* I was reading "A Game of Thrones", dropped it for a long time, picked it up again...but yus, I'm phailingz. Can't seem to get myself into this book that everyone is speaking so highly of.

Ah, books... my favorite material objects. I'm bummed that I packed my library away for moving day, though, because I have very little left to read. The Survival Guide To Zombies My friend let me read part of this while we were waiting to be seated for dinner. The way the man wrote it sucks you in completely - you feel like you have to remember everything written in the book, just in case a zombie invasion DOES happen... To Kill A Mockingbird Goodness, I love classics. I just started this; my mom offered it to me to read until my books are unpacked. |

Ughh, my favorite book EVER.<3 Everything about it is just so... amazing. I plan on naming my first daughter (if I end up having one some day) after Harper Lee. That book made so much of who I am today, and I even wrote about how much it's shaped me for my college admissions essay. Seriously, that book makes me cry every single time I read it. Love To Kill a Mockingbird.
