It`s illegal in Germany to picture Hitler symbols like the swastika or denying
the Holocaust.
Should it be legal?

Even though it is in poor taste, in the interest of freedom of speach, I think Germany should allow the Nazi symbols and holocaust denials in privately owned property, but not in public buildings etc. Only when the activities cause direct harm to others (other than being offensive), should they be legislated against.

Christian religion has rules on blasphemy also, but the believers are of their own accord held to that standard, with the accountability addressed in the afterlife.

The way I see it the Muslim religion differs, in that they expect non-muslims to obey their religious rules or be punished for it here in this life by the believers. It is a scary way of thinking IMO.
