We're off again into the fray, er, celebration :)
Two coolers are packed with dinner, another bag of stuff, and two bags of gifts in the trunk. Merry day ahead :holiday:
Be safe and well as you party ;)

Have a great day Pat.

Just some straightening up and last minute things to do. We brought the stuffed shells and meat sauce to my daughter's yesterday to put in her extra refrigerator in her garage. I've been meaning to buy another refrigerator for times like this.
Everyone should be here around 4:30 so I have time to relax a little while today.

Merry Christmas to all, if your on the road be safe.

Quiet morning here. Will make the ham dinner later. I called some family in my home town along the Canadian border. My 86 year old aunt is a riot. She lives in a large house close to main street and goes tooting around in her 4 wheel drive. She has a friend in her 90's and they go out to eat etc. She has such a good attitude.

Called my brothers house and left a message. My aunt had said he was keeping his resturant open till 5pm and I did not want to bother him there. He was putting on a big Christmas banquet.

Again, have a wonderful day.

As predicted - a Green Christmas! 11:00 here and +8c. already. :faint:

I got the newest version (III) of Ages of Empires, a complex series of civilization-building/neighbour-conquering games from MicroSoft... 3 CD's to play this game!!! The Manual alone for the game is 130 pages!
THIS oughtta keep me busy for months to come.... :faint:

And "Mother" has been topped up on her supply of Charles Wysocki 1000-piece jig-saw puzzles - that should get her through the next few months, too. :santahat:

Hope you're feeling better today. That would be a great Christmas present in and of itself.

Just got back from Christmas pot luck with about 70 or so people! Got to meet some more really nice people. Chrissy, the woman who joined us with her husband reminded me a lot of you!!!!!

After we ate, we did a White Elephant gift swap, different than anything we have done before, but quite fun!

The resort manager decided to show the movie Long, Long Trailer tonight, so we gotta go back for that!!!!! :floorrollin: :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

Called home this morning, everyone is good. Got passed to everyone! My brother said he was totally expecting us to just show up there. I had checked for flights about a month ago, but was to expensive. :faint: I did want to "just show up" and surprise them, but it just didn't work. Oh well....wasn't that long ago we saw them, and we will see them this summer, so it is ok. :tiphat:

I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL day!!!!!
