Do you realize two weeks from today will be the day after Christmas?!? Best get a move on if you have been putting off the Christmas chores or getting to the Christmas stores
:santa: The contractors are here once again and ready to wrap up. Can't wait to see the finished product. My husband keeps calling the color "Bird Doo Beige" while in reality it is Bradstreet Beige. What a goof As usual it's grey and snowy here and supposed to go all the way to 20. Blech Have a day :holiday: |

36F here this morning. That's getting chilly for us. Back at work after a fun weekend of playing cards, eating chili (that's a whole story in itself)and blueberry pancakes, and doing a little sightseeing with our friends from Canada (outside Ottawa). |

Good morning, as PassinThru said it got cold here last night. We had to bring all the poinsettia plants in the house.........Went to dinner with friends last night we hadn't seen in a while, had fun. Off to the dermatologist this morning for a microdermabrasion and skin peel...............Hope Frank will wrap some Christmas presents today. I really need to make a list of the things I haven't done yet. Have a nice day. |

LOL! I spent WAY too much time on that draw a house thingy (fun!), and now I am going to have to scramble to get today's list of things done. Sunny and cold, supposed to go to 7* tomorrow night...

My list is scaring me - the way I'm crossing stuff off like a mad woman. I've been like the Energizer Bunny this morning and what scares me is that just "maybe" there's something to this getting up by 7. Hmmmm... |

Hi all..........can't even say "good" day.
Spent a long sleepless night, when Greg's alarm clock went off at 2:00 am, and he was so miserably sick that all I had to say was, get back to bed and to hell with work, and he did!!!! Very unusual. And the worse part was, he said "in the morning, take me to the doctor". He NEVER wants to go to the doc. So, spent nearly 3 hours at the urgent care. They say he has bronchitis, but he has had it before and not been this sick. Must be the asthma. His other bouts with it was pre-asthma. So, we have a regular sick ward going on here. I started with a cold, but hopefully it will not get bad. Everyone at the urgent care this morning was there because of colds. I hope Jasper (the cat) is up to the task of caring for the rest of us! I hope everyone is having a better day then we are here.

Jackie; Best wishes for Greg - at least he'll be okay by Christmas. I've been lucky - never more than a cold at Christmas. A friend spent one entire Christmas Day in bed, aside from bathroom breaks... no fun. |

Bronchitis is no joke. I know you'll take good care of Greg and not let him go back to work too early!! Poor Jackie, you are really being tested to the limits this Fall! I hope everything gets better soon for you and yours.
