Wake up, everyone, time to get going on those cookies, gift-wrapping, putting up the tree and the decorations, and all those fun last-minute things like ironing the linens..
Why do I feel like going back to bed? Time for another cup of strong, hot

Good morning! It's not sunny, but it is Sunday. It's supposed to snow and it's grey enough. Tomorrow too, but what else is new? Cookies and penuche sound like a good plan, and I can further amuse myself by looking at the new room and the finished floor. Tomorrow it will be all done Have a day :holiday: |

Pat, how exciting; there's nothing like having a brand-new space to furnish, arrange and enjoy! You must have a good builder; it went so fast. I made one batch of cookie dough yesterday that is supposed to be refrigerated for a few days before baking. Now to make the butterscotch ones and one more; if I make one or two recipes every day, I should be finished 2 weeks from now.... |

Good Morning. Cookies and a new room. Nice way to start Christmas. Today it will hit 60 on hunting Island. We are parked next to the ocean with a small dune between us and it. Nice place to be. Maybe today we will explore Beauford. |

Our contractor is excellent. He and his crew of 2 did super work and are very nice to have here. He estimated 8 - 10 days and tomorrow will make the 9th day. Right on the money and he was able to get ahead of the snow perfectly. As to furnishing it, we ordered the furniture which should arrive any time after 12/12 and before 12/19 and I get to buy a lamp or three. Other than that, my husband is "forbidding clog!" I will have to sneak accessories in very cleverly We have to live with it for a while anyway before making those decisions, er....sneak attacks :holiday:

Good morning..........55 degrees at the moment, should reach 61 with some rain. All this talk about baking so early in the morning, a bagel and cream cheese would be very nice and a strong cup of java. The painter is here, he should finish one bedroom today and put everything back together........ |

![]() Good morning. Photobucket is very busy on Sunday mornings…there must be millions of people using that service on Sundays. Going up to 1C/34F and expecting another 2 ˝” today. The snow will be wet and heavy with those above freezing temperatures. Am now satisfied with the outdoor Christmas lights. I’ll try to get our tree up today and now really have to work on getting my Christmas santa cloth quilt done. There is another day’s work left on it before it can be hung. We finished the floors yesterday … yabba dabba do! Have a great Sunday everyone. ----- Pat, I had to borrow Haydn's car yesterday and that meant he had mine. He asked what all the boxes were? Forgot they were there! It's new shelving for the craftroom that he didn't know I had purchased! Sylvia |

TOMORROW'S FORECAST Tomorrow, snow will give way to sunny periods with a high of -3 C. There will be little or no wind and the long range forcast looks good.
