Imagine we changed term limits and both could run in '08. Who would you vote for. Sorry, only two choices, no NOTA, don't vote if you don't care about the nation, the world! President's 'terrible' rating better than last 7: Worst approval marks from LBJ to Clinton all lower than Bush's

Chris, the problem with this poll is it is just about exactly what we are offered during every Presidential election. I would flip a coin but I'm afraid it would land on its edge. I pass. |

I think one question worth asking is: Was the average American better off in 1995, or in 2005? I can't answer that, I'm not in the category.... However, there IS this.... We were much better off under Clinton than Bush, that's for sure. Economically. Folks tell me that the economic crash was just around the corner when he left office.... maybe so, but we were better off. A lot of republicans as well as demos made a lot of $$ under Clinton. |

This is a choice between two big spending liberals. Have to go with Clinton for the simple reason you can't trust either party with control of both the White House and Congress. That's the real lesson here. |

History 101: When a popular myth is believed to be factual, teach the myth. Its not possible to underestimate the intelligence of the voting populous. Hummm, after seeing the results of the 06 election, I may have to modify my perception of the voting populous and refer to them as "Late Bloomers".
