OK...I just read this and have absolutely NOOOOOO problem with it!
Just which part are you all offended in? It's an interview like all interviews are. Before cameras role, anyone stages the set up, and agrees on subject topics asked for the most part.  It isn't staged in totality, but what kind of rock have all you been sleeping under to think it would be ran any different?

Don'tcha all watch interviews? Larry King at least?
Heck....Jay leno?...lol :floorrollin:

Agrees??? He is they're Commander in Chief, there is no such thing as disagreeing?

Its the whole Con party thats running scared, Bush will not be running for re-election, the rest of the Cons will be. They're time has come and will soon pass.

America is finally waking up from its nightmarish sleep. I believe the political pendulum hit its dark side peak about three years ago, and should be crossing center in about three more years. Unfortunately most of they're dastardly deeds were accomplished.

Its not possible to underestimate the intelligence of the voting populous.

Hummm, after seeing the results of the 06 election, I may have to modify my perception of the voting populous and refer to them as "Late Bloomers".

During the past election runup, an editorial weriter, I forget who, said that all Democrats should vote for Bush.
The premis being that if Bush was re-elected, by the end of his second term, the country would be so disillusioned that the Democrats would be in power for generations.
So far, as an outsider looking in, I cannot see anything to prove said editorial writer wrong.

Only interesting thing is that the feed was allowed to get out to the world. I wonder how many people are looking for new jobs over this?

This is just modern politics of personality. Been going on ever since I can remember, 60s, just getting worse and worse. What do you expect when most all of what people do is deify and demonize politicians instead of arguing policies. Many here seem to delight in it.

Yep, while claiming that it is "no big deal," both groups will now also claim that it never happened. :floorrollin:

I was under impression, that staging military responses for GW. was going on for years.
What year was he honorably discarded as a pilot?
Wait a minute, was he?

kaj,

The proper term is discharged....discarded is an insult to all of us who served.
Don't blame your lack of english on this one.

Sorry for the word mixing.
My English here is partly to blame. It happens quite often, that my ie speller change slightly misspelled word to totally different one. I didn't catch it this time, as I do know the difference.
