[/QUOTE] Yeah, like taking our nation to war over lies and trumped up charges. I'll take a blow job in the Whitehouse, shrinking debt, and prosperity, over war, dead American troops, deficit spending and a soon to be massive recession any day. But thats just me. Of course you would, exactly my point, its all about selfishness; immorality and money. Even the most liberal admit that Bush had same intelligence as congress and other countries; he just chose to act on it.. So would you rather fight them here in your back yard?? I'm sure Mr. Bin Laden would love to meet you. Not sure where you've been; but economists have been claiming recessions, depressions, inflations etc for decades.....but it looks as though we are all still surviving pretty well, probably too well. We take for granted here the freedoms others long for and we dont worry as long as it doesnt affect our pocket books or cause us any grief.. I certainly dont agree with all the choices Pres. Bush has made; but I certainly didnt agree with any others either. He did give some backbone back to the Presidency and I will say I would trust him over the Clintons any day of the week. I dont want any dead countrymen any more than you; but so far we lost more in the World trade Center than in Iraq so we better decide as a country if we want it again. Personally, I would rather keep them and their terrorist buddies busy over there instead of here...something to think about while we become complacent here at home. |

buffy "I would rather keep them and their terrorist buddies busy over there instead of here...something to think about while we become complacent here at home." Bush's recitation yesterday of the litany of terrorist attacks around the globe gives the lie to that kind of reasoning. What, we might have a dozen Al Queda "pinned down" in Iraq? |
