My dad, 75 years old and still RVing brought his "new" toad down this afternoon for me to setup the lights on. 1950 Studebaker Champion, bullet nose, four door, rear doors are suicide doors. Didn't tell me it was a 6v power system in the old beast, what a pain to drop the voltage for the lights, luckily there was a way to power the brake system from a motorcycle battery and charge it from the MH. Modern coach and vintage toad, driver, and co-pilot what a gas! At least this gets him to sell his VW "Thing", Mom hated that. |
