This one is so good you'll wish you had made two of them......... 2 eggs 1 stick margarine or butter 1 C sugar 1/3 C flour 1 C walnuts or pecan, roughly chopped or halves 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 C bourbon (optional) 1 C chocolate chips Melt margarin and cool. Add sugar and eggs, mix well. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Basically, this is a pecan or walnut pie with chocolate chips in it....very rich. |
