Caramel Apple Pie


8oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk

1 (4 seving pkg) French Vanilla Pudding

1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling

1 graham cracker crust

Caramel ice cream topping

chopped toasted pecans



In medium bowl combine cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Beat until well blended.

Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and well blended.

Fold in pie filling. Pour into crust. Chill until set.

Before serving, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with pecans.
