It's a Shark Turbo Stick Vac.

I don't believe it... :yammer:

I got (free) a Euro-Pro Shark Hepa Canister Vacuum last week. I was a bit nervous when I asked the lady that helps me with the house what she recommended and she said in her Polish accent "I give you one". A housekeeper giving away a vacuum :dunno: Told me a client gave it to her...works pretty well in MH :) price was right too.

Corky, watch out getting between a vacuum and a woman, especially MYCHRISSY :nono: :nono:

Not sure how the new central vac in the 5er is gonna be.:faint:

Although we haven't hooked up to electricity yet, so it may be fine. But it doesn't have a power head for the vacuum. There is a small one for furniture that is a turbine something or another. Pretty disappointed. I guess I'll have to wait to actually try it before I knock it to badly! :floorrollin:

I have never even seen a central vac in use, but wouldn't it have to come with a head? Maybe they forgot it.
Should you call someone before you hit the road?

  Chrissy,
You have your own "weight police"?
. Think "doing things" and "having fun" rather than house work!

Yes, Corky my own "weight police".....I thought the policeman was retired. :floorrollin:
I tend to be "anal" about things being picked up and clean in the motorhome. Old habits you know....
But I do remember to have fun that you can be sure of.....in fact we may see you in Oklahoma at the rally.
Still talking about it.

Pat, I'll vacuum your motorhome, just keep the drinks coming.

Chrissy,
You and Mary can form a support group for compulsive cleaners. I got so mad I just sold the first one, bought the second one to go fishing in and I bought with the thought of me having to do the cleaning, not on looks. Mary has learned to love it, vacations are now also vacations for her.

We may or may not make the OK rally, lots still up in the air. Kids can ruin your planning in a heart beat.

Corky,
I think I remember when you posted the info. about the first motorhome.
Now I really don't go crazy about cleaning I just like things to look nice, and don't believe everything Frank tells you, I don't take everything under the sun into the motorhome. You men like to exaggerate.(sp) :floorrollin: :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

Chrissy,
Men don't exaggerate, merely creatively embellish the truth!

First type A was beautiful but needed to have a trailer for the maid if it was going to be any fun. It was my mistake as much as Mary's, I didn't think about the upkeep work anymore than she did.

I still make room for Mary's bowling ball and shoes, she hits the lanes every now and then when we're on the road. It's all just a matter of getting a working rig going.

Ok, I'll take your word for it.

I'm still waiting for my new vacuum to be put together. I guess I'll have to start nagging soon. :o

Jackie,

I bought a powerhead for my built-in vac for our house but found it to be a nuisance. The one that works the best for me was a Kenmore aftermarket head--it isn't a powerhead and it was very reasonably priced. It's for carpeting and flooring--has that little thingy on it that makes it easy for the head to go over carpeting without stalling--got it from Sear's for about 15 bucks. It does a far better job than the expensive powerhead and it's a lot less noisy.
