Agree, it may be a nuisance, but judges are not above the law, no one is. In fact judges ought to set an example. If he doesn't want to lose it he should leave it at home. |

I hope he is a smarter judge than he is an airline traveler. Nice to see the security was able to detect this. I mean, is there anyone alive at this point that doesn't clearly understand you can't carry something like this on an airplane these days? Sheesh! Dan |

If he carries it all the time, he probably forgot it was with him. When I was a juror, I forgot and brought my little pocket knife and had to check it. I commented that it was ironic tha they would trust me to decide the future of another citizen, but not trust me with a 2" pocket knife. Later that week I brought in a bag of bagels with a half dozen plastic knives and they never even look in the bag! |
