Mrs.S.
Denver is mostly more expensive, than Frankfurt even on fly from San Francisco.
I tried to find any logic in airfares, but I guess I am too stupid for that.

Well, 747 is what? Over 30 years old?

I recall that Boeing thought of joining the A380 program...but they decided not to.
I`m sure they`re watching it very interested...to find out if they have a reason
to cheer or to regret.

Do you mean the A 340? By now the biggest plane they offer.

The "American Pride" sometimes gets really upsetting.
As far as I can recall, Germans build better freeways during WWII, than americans do now.
But they will not ask for an advise.

Before the war the work was done by the unemployed, during the war by slave labour.
I think in a free society it's not "done" to follow such advise. :poke:

You are not suggesting, that those slave laborers 70 years ago have been better craftsmen, than $40/HR Union Workers?

No, but I think it does wonders for the motivation if there’s a brute with a bat looking over your shoulder………or worse.

Mind you, $40 per hour would work for mine too.

So you are saying, that even $40/HR is not going to make American work well.
Immigrants are working really hard for 1/4 of that.
We better stop that discussion, or one of those Breach guys will come here

No, I didn’t say that, what I mend is that for that kind of money they should build the best roads on earth. If they don’t, than some of the US workers have a problem, like plenty of others who will. $40 p/h is more than most earn over here and we’re not a poor country.

I think this kind of discussion is right up the Breach peoples alley, incl. GBM's.
