nah, that's not exciting enough Jack! :nono:

my next and final hint for a while: the straw seems to have been ripped on one end. The bedouin is not very familiar with those alien objects, but he thinks that is rather odd.

Was he a member of the mile-high club engaged in hanky panky sipping a drink with that incredible straw when....? Not sure where to go with this one.

lol chris :floorrollin:
how about i give my last clue... which I thought someone would find out through questions but I guess this type of 'problem' works better orally then through forums.

so my last hint is:

the investigator is concerned by the amount of clothes that are scattered aroud the area. He isn't entirely sure about the clothes themselves, but concludes they do not all belong to the victim, for surely a single person would not need more than one pair shoes.

Here's my partial answer to this enigma.
The bedouin was riding in a hot air balloon when they encountered some sort of problem.
In order to stay afloat, they had to drop some ballast. First thing they through overboard were their clothes. The Bedouin found dead was later either thrown overboard or he jumped from the hot air balloon.
This would explain no footprints were found around the dead body.
I still have to find a logical fit for the straw found on the ground. :dunno:

Walk behind me, I lead you
Walk beside me, you are a friend.

"They" would be the other passengers on board the balloon.

I'd try to get down on the ground as safely as possible.

arite :(

Well the lad was travelling with a friend in a hot air balloon and, as Jack has figured out, they were running low on fuel and needed to toss as much weight off the balloon as possible. These were two posh Irish men each drinking beer with a straw, but would have rather died before tossing their beers overboard. So they got naked and threw out their clothes, but seeing that the balloon was still dropping they decided one of them was going to go....

now, how do you think they decided who would go?????
