Miss Heather, I thought everybody heard of it? Do a search but basiclly its a don't eat anything white diet. (sugar, salt, rice, potatoes, white bread, etc. Its a diet that some coona$$ doctors came up with a few years ago. Danny

Well, Danny, that is basically what I did to lost the first 20 lbs (need to lose another 20).
I just never heard it called "sugarbusters". Good name.

Danny, I never thought about salt being part of the sugar busters. Interesting. I cheated tonight, I had a beer, but it was low carb.
