Indoor Snowman
Snow dough 2 cups powdered laundry detergent 1/3 cup hot water Electric mixer Baking sheet or aluminum foil Airtight container What to do Ask a grown up to help you mix together the detergent and hot water with the electric mixer.(lol) Beat the mixture together until thick. If it is thin, add more detergent. If it is to thick, add more water. Use the baking sheet or aluminum foil as a base. Mold dough into a snow-man, an igloo, or snow covered mountains. HINT: use a drinking straw to hold the balls together as you stack them to make a snowman. Decorate with buttons or candy. 4) Let your creation air-dry overnight. Store unused snow dough in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. |

I like that; wrote the directions down to help my pre-teen Christmas guests (granddaughter 13; nephew 12) when they get bored (I figure about 20 minutes tops). Thank you! Any more ideas? |

Great idea! When the holidays are over put the snow man in the wash machine and do some laundry. |

I've used the powdered laundry soap & water to make the snow around the tole painting Xmas decorations I've made but wouldn't have thought to use it for larger objects. Will definitely give this a go. thanks for the idea! |
