Bush is borrow and spend. And tax relief: The local school district is asking to raise property taxes because the state is not providing enough funding because the federal government has cut back because taxes have been cut. Smoke and mirrors. |

If anyone thinks that Kerry will fight with the determination of Bush they haven't been reading the line let alone between them. Frank |

teryt, UBL's latest tape just proves that GWB and crew can't get the job done, can't even find one old man in the hills. Even Alfred E. Neumann could do as good a job as GWB and crew!!!! |

re the timing of the tape release... is osama still working for Bush? or is he working for the arabs? is this a scare tactic to get us to vote for the 'warrior' president? or is this an arab ploy designed to get rid of the warrior and get a 'talker'? the smoke is so thick, i can't see the mover and shaker clearly enough to identify him. btw, when i say 'talker', i mean negotiator, not hot air.

Frank and Tery, what exactly is it that you have seen in Kerry's record or heard in his record makes you think he wouldn't fight with the same determination? Not approach, determination. Specifically, from him, not a rehash of what Bush and other pundits say. Jane, the questions speak to something bothers me very much about where this nation is right now, utterly devoid of trust. Negotiator? What makes you think so--same question as above. |

The only ones who had short term memory loss were this administration once we decided to take our eyes off OBL & Al Qaeda and invade Iraq. If GWB would be so much better than Kerry at hunting down and killing the terrorists how come OBL is still running around free 2 1/2 years later. Becauser as GWB stated, "I truly am not that concerned about him". Wasn't OBL responsible for 9-11? |

Well, that's the point. You can get anything you want out of Kerry's sayings. Want to go to war? Fine - he said so. Want to keep from war? Fine - he said that too. He has taken positions all over the place. |

chris well, I'll frankly state that I don't trust any of our governers, either side...I think they're all liars and prostitutes and fame seekers....well, almost all of them...maybe there are a few representatives who are still decent, but I can't name them. re negotiator....I just think Kerry will be less likely to jump at the chance to go to war. That doesn't make him weaker...just more cautious or prudent. |
